I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order that was supposed to take 5-10 business days. I have sent 4 messages and have only received promises that "your items will be dispatched". Still waiting
November: I ordered three items at the end of November, hoping that they would be with me by Christmas. One item was dispatched and I then received an email over a week later stating that the other two items had not yet been dispatched.
December: I finally received a dispatch email for the remaining two items and the estimated date of arrival was the 21st of December. The two items did not arrive.
January: I got in contact with IWOOT and they kindly offer a refund or replacement items. As the Christmas-themed items were completely useless in January, I requested a refund. I get an email the next day stating: "As you have request a replacement item for (two items) this will be sent from our supplier in the next 48 hours".
I contacted IWOOT again stating that I did not request replacements, but rather, a refund. They then said, "I am sorry to hear that you wanted a refund and not a replacement but we have sent you a replacement out but I have raised this with the relevant department and should get a update in the next 24-48 hours."
Nearly February: I contact IWOOT as have had no update. Items still not received.
Their reply: Items have not even left the warehouse yet, will be being dispatched shortly.
I can't help but think that they are purposely being greatly unhelpful...

BOUGHT A KENWOOD CHEF, I HAVE REQUESTED A INVOICE FIVE TIMES. EACH TIME THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND ONE. NOW THEY SAY THEY HAVE SENT ONE. EACH EMAIL IS AUTOMATED THAT THEY SEND. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SEVICE AT ALL. DREADFUL COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I AM SO UPSET CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
I ordered a gift two weeks ago, I needed it to be here in a week and a half as the gift was an Xmas gift for someone I was seeing before Xmas and wouldn't see again till next year about four days before I needed my gift I asked where it was and said if it wasn't here by the Saturday cancel my order, I got a stupid message after I, d sent about six emails thank you for your patience it wil be dispatched within seven days I said this is no good it's too late. I had to go round the shops to buy something else and after telling this thick arseholes for over a week I don't want the gift they have dispatched it so I've told them I won't be accepting it from the delivery man and tell him it needs to go back and I want my money back worst experience I, ve had buying online.
Completely messed up my order. Left me over £50 out of pocket over xmas and new years with no real apology. Ruined my xmas. Avoid at all costs.

Do not waste your money. Their sheep skin rug was the worse quality - cheap and tacky. I won't use them again.
Answer: It seems they have no actual stock. Only adverts on line. Once they take your money, your problems begin. They are being reported to Authorities by people all over the UK.
