Do not order from this company. It's a rip off. I ordered a swim float for my granddaughter and 4 months later I received a box. The item was nothing like what I ordered. Tried to get a refund, they told me I had to pay shipping and coming back to China ( which I didn't realize it was shipping from there) it would be months before I got a refund. I ordered the swim float in auga with a canopy and received the blow up one. It smells too.
Appalling company. Item arrived damaged after a long wait for it to arrive.
Apparently they dont supply postal labels to return faulty goods, you have to do at your own expense!.
They made me take item to post office then confirm cost of which i did. £12.98. I was guaranteed they would refund the postal costs of which i have the messages to confirm. They refunded the £12.98 from the original paypal payment i sent them for the clock!.
I was not refunded the clock till i took it up with paypal even though i emailed them many many times. Eventually i have been refunded £38 from the original paypal payment which means i am STILL out of pocket fro the £12.98 postal cost!. Many many many false promises of a refund weeks down the line and still no postal refund. Appalling fraudulent company please avoid. I will be seeking advice. I note previous reviews do not abode well.
Several weeks ago, I purchased a "Flash" birthday card for our grandson. I have waited and waited and my account has been charged. November 18 has come and gone and no card. This grandmother wants her money back and will go to the bank to ensure it.
I ordered some personalised and Branded items from this company and they did take a while to come but arrived eventually I like put this down to the fact that they were personalised so I can't complain too much and wouldn't think twice about using them again for other purchases.
I would honestly like to know where all these bad reviews are from! People really just want to moan for nothing don't they?! Smooth sale, delivery, even contacted them after seeing reviews and customer service was brilliant, ignore the negative, honest to god, people are moaning for nothing or probably the smallest thing! Totally worth it. Don't be deterred by the negative. Good site!

I have nothing but positive to say about IWOOT. I was worried after making a purchase and reading the reviews. Luckily I made my purchase first. Shipping was super quick. I am extremely happy.
I ordered a blanket and two other items as part of a 3 for 20 deal. The delivery was a week late but that didn't bother me. They sent me the two smaller items and told me that the blanket (which was the main reason I ordered; it was a big discount and in retrospect it feels like it was meant as a "bait" article) wasn't available at the moment. For months I kept asking where the blanket was (they had already taken the money off my account) and they kept telling me they would send it eventually and I should be patient. After almost half a year, they said the blanket was available again but they needed me to transfer them ~35 pounds to receive it. When I complained and said it was already paid for, they simply cancelled my order. I never got my money back and they keep saying I never paid, although I send them PROOF that the money was taken off my account.
There's no phone number to call and you can't reply to their emails. Every time I email them, I get a very unhelpful standard response and there's no way to just reply and have a continuous conversation. You need to send a message from their website each time + keep getting a different customer service person who doesn't know what's going on.
The customer service is simply horrible and doesn't care.
Bought glasses as gifts -two boxes of four.
One box had broken glass in it.
This was clearly due to the company that made them as the IWOOT packing was fine.
I sent message via online form -hard to find but once done had reply within two days.
I got annoyed as they said that they could not trace the order -then found out it was my fault as I had not realised I had two accounts.
They replaced the broken item as soon as the issue was sorted.
Every query I sent was answered politely despite the muddle I got in.
Don't expect your item to come on time - in fact don't expect your item to come at all. Don't expect to get a reply to any questions you send to customer service. With this place don't expect anything - you will not be disappointed if you expect to get taken.
Members asked about shopping on IWOOT I Want One Of Those. Website for gifts. It seems fair to make you aware of the problems associated with that website. There are numerous complaints on line where people have paid money for orders which never get delivered. It seems IWOOT claim items are in stock when they are not, they do not deliver and do not allow order cancellations for lateness. Refunds are not offered and on the rare occasion the company communicates the emails are just generic as there is nobody taking action on behalf of the company. Customers are lodging their numerous complaints with TradingStandardsbu it would appear the company are not trading as normal. IWOOT are still taking new orders but not delivering anymore. Readers can do their own research but as the issue was raised on here it seems reasonable to advise people to be cautious.
Ordered an item on black Friday as they were undercutting their nearest rivals by £10. It said in stock. Didn't receive my item and eventually admitted it wasn't in stock and couldn't get any. Ruined my Christmas present and I now have to pay full price for the item elsewhere. Customer service refuse to compensate or admit fault. AVOID.
Placed an order with them, received nothing, had to get bank involved to get money back. Would never use them again. Since my order i checked reviews which i should have done earlier as i would have realised not to order from them. No customer service. Be warned!
Just felt I should tell of my experience of IWOOT. I bought something on the website for £10 that my girlfriend wanted. It took three months for my parcel to arrive. It just so happened that when it finally arrived, I was on holiday. The parcel got sent back to IWOOT. I complained to IWOOT and received no response. They still have my money and I still don't have my item. I don't have time to spend trying to see if they will finally send it again, if you're a busy person, stay clear of this time and money wasting, waste of space company!
After previously purchasing a ''my geek box" and being quite impressed on not just the quality of contents but the packaging I decided to get a Star Wars box from iwoot, however was very disappointed as I received not an official geek box but just a few cheap quality stocking fillers thrown into a tatty brown cardboard box (obviously tat they had lying around which they couldn't shift).
The few things which I did receive were worth no way near the money I paid and when I emailed customer services was basically told it's tough, it's a mystery box so you get what your given which obviously gives them leave to rip people off, please think twice before ordering such rubbish and get some decent Star Wars material from elsewhere.
After 30 days, no delivery of products, cannot access website and customer service is terrible and not user friendly

This site has made me so furious! I ordered something from them for my nephew. Every time I went on the site, I got information such as: Problem with payment.
Etc. I finally received a terribly packed, (almost busting open) huge box with a bright green/yellow foldout chair... I was charged on my account a figure that DIDN'T EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE! I was charged 196.00? I don't know where that figure came from, because what I ordered was smaller, and about 119.00 or less. I could not get an answer through email. I had my ATT account changed for international calls so I could call them. I was having trouble because the #'s seemed to be disconnected. I think I was never so pissed off at my bad judgement ever before. I had to "FIND" them on facebook and paste my VERY ANGRY letter at least 20 times before someone contacted me. LOOSERS! INCOMPETENT! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Their customer service is set up so that no claim following complaints can ever reach completion, on purpose. I had a problem with an order which arrived damaged so I wrote a message to customer service (no telephone number on the site, and the chat option is permanently "unavailable"), and they answered the same day, saying that they would grant me 15% off my next purchase, but that I was to confirm that I accepted that: of course, at that point I found out that there is no way to answer a message from customer service, so I could not confirm that I accepted, and they knew that full well. I tried again the following day, writing a new message (that was the only option) and explaining the situation: I then got another message from the same person, who proceeded asking me to write to him again, this time to confirm the order number (I had given him that info the previous day), which meant that we were back to square one: he asked me to answer the message, knowing that there was no way that I could. This is obviously done on purpose so that the customer can never get a complaint through. This is actually vicious, as they give you the impression that they have a customer service, and that they care about your complaints, but it is all done so that no complaints ever reaches completion.
Answer: It seems they have no actual stock. Only adverts on line. Once they take your money, your problems begin. They are being reported to Authorities by people all over the UK.
