So if you happen to forget your password you need to request a temporary password and they send it to you in an email but for some reason you are not allowed to copy and paste it. This is ridiculous if it comes to my email I should be able to copy and paste this isn't a bank account. Maybe you're just a little too full of yourselves.

Please stay away so you never have to g through what I have for the last year. I was being charged monthly by two companies for the same account. Dexyp and Dex thryv. I wrote 13 letters and made as phone calls and received NO response and they kept charging my account.
Finally had to start a fraud case with my bank. No customer service and still, 11/2 years later, no apology r contact at all. STAY AWAY!

Tip for consumers:
Find another way to advertise, please.

These people won't even give you a quote until you give them your name, phone number, address and all your credit card information.
Now if I don't use them all my information is out there yet again for someone to steal, ridiculous.

As a member I receive a catalog showing items on sale... but NO prices! They will only say "$2 off" or whatever. This useless catalog does NOT make me want to buy "it" there. Why are they afraid of comparison shopping?

Beware, you can order on line, change your order and delivery date but the ONLY way to cancel is to call on the phone.
This is an obvious way to make it more difficult to stop them from taking money from your credit card. I conversed via email 7 times with "customer care", should be "customer, we don't care about". Anyway through seven conversations the bottom line is they refuse to cancel autoship unless you call on the phone. SDo, i just contest any charges they make.

After purchasing credits and responding to Leeds I had no replies from any customers. I don't even know if they received my offer. I asked for my money back for the credits I purchased and did not use and was told that they would review the situation to see if I was eligible for a refund. That was over two weeks ago. Now they don't even answer my emails. Stay away. You can find better places for leeds.

They changed their business model
Used to be you only paid when you were hired now I have to pay as much is $20 if a customer calls me even if I dont get hired
Even Newspaper ads are a better deal than that
