Good quality, what you see is what you get
Nothing arrives as pictured. Delivery takes weeks not days and the return address is in America. They will offer you a discount to not return. I will never order again from here.
Lovely dress. Cant fault the quality for the price. Very stretchy which is what i needed because of my bodytype-smaller top bigger buttom.
Tyring to return this blazer has been a nightmare. I had to jump through hoops just to process a return. Why would you make a customer upload a photo of an item that was purchased in order to return it? Ridiculous!

I never received my package from them. The post office showed delivered though. So they were completely unwilling to help me. Either refund or sending it again. I cannot help if it was delivered to the wrong address. And even though I paid high shipping, the package was not insured either. So I'm out money without a product. Would never ever buy from this company again.
I realize this is a cheap store company but I've JD luck ordering from other sites such as Yoins or Shein.
Ordering no problem at all. Goods arrived but very disappointed in material of top. In picture looks thick and good material, jumper quality. T shirt I received see through material almost. Disappointed in quality. Looks cheap.
Three jackets I ordered I thought would be blazer material ---cotton. They were thin nylon, silky material. Wanted to use as fall jackets. To thin for fall weather.
Slow delivery, rather than give a refund took a reduction in price as would cost you much yo send back

Product was delivered in good time. The product itself was shocking, beyond disappointing. So sadly I wouldn't order anything again.
I was disappointed with the material of the jacket I ordered - too flimsy! I inquired about returning this item and didn't get a response for ages. When I eventually did, there was no option to return, only a discount for my next order. I will NOT be placing any future orders with IV Rose.
