Order an item that was of poor quality and nothing like the pictures shown. When it arrived it was a totally different colour. Trying to return the item as been horrendous as they are not forth coming with an address.

So far it's good and nice looking I love the style

The dress i ordered was not really like the picture. I am only a size 8 and under 5Ft and this dress was super short and too tight and I ordered a medium. Seemed to be misshaped. Quality was rubbish as well. Not what i expected.

The whole process, from ordering to receiving is medium but returns are a bit tricky. Up to now I havent received or heard anyrhing from your side on how to return what I dont need. I sent an email requesting that but its a week now and no answer.

I definitely expected more from the products. The pictures promised more than the products themselves. The delivery time was also extremely long. It was the first and probably the last time that I ordered. Sorry

Would of give a 0 rating but was no option awful experience will never order from you again clothes I orderd was terrible couldn't send back and didn't even get a full refund lost £50 of my money I don't have much money anyway so to loose this is a lot to me very annoyed and disappointed £50 worse off and no clothes you are. A terrible company

The item is irregular and the seams do not line up. The drawstring is not centered and it's a short dress and not below the knee as pictured. Nice material.
