Used this website to order a top on the 19th of January, waited 8 working days' before contacting them to find out what was going on with my currently still processing order to find out that the item I had ordered was out of stock and is no longer being made, so will not be available in the future!
This site is a scam ladies. The clothes look NOTHING LIKE they do in the photos on the website. Their sizes are way out, I ordered an Australian (L) that's the size I take. On their pull down bar an AU L is classified as a 12-14 what turned up was a SIZE 6, I wish. They offered me 30% refund back out of $47 & not have to post it back (cause it's crap basically, that's why they say this, total scam) Then the refund me AU $11.70 that's not 30%. So I stupidly ordered x 1 dress which is the one I speak of above BUT then ordered x 3 more Australia (L) items straight after this purchase, I should have waited. Then I rejected the 2nd parcel at the post office, the lady there said that will go straight back to them' & i never signed for it. I told them over a week ago they should have received this parcel & still NO REFUND AU$109.17
Seriously, this group is a shocker & im reporting them to Dept of Fair Trade & contact my bank re: payment/dispute.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE BURGUNDY NOT RED HEELED BOOTS FROM IVROSE! I ordered these heeled boots in RED on November 22nd and after a month of waiting on them to arrive I contacted the seller via email on December 24th (which is the only option to reach customer service) and they told me to wait a little longer. I finally received them in January a whole month and a half after I placed the order, and when I opened the plastic bag the heeled boots were crushed and damaged during transport. Not only were the cheaply made heeled boots crushed, they were BURGUNDY NOT RED! I'm not sure how the refund process works, but I don't have the money to send them all the way back to China. I learned my lesson and I will never order shoes from IVRose again!
They owe me a refund of $130.00. They say they have refunded you and they haven't. The shipment is "still shipping" 30 days later. The company gets your money and you get nothing. Do not buy from them.
Great customer service! Fast communication! Willingness to help! Prompt replies and courteous! Fast shipping! I will continue to purchase from them! The quality is very good for the price you pay. I would recommend to try it out for yourself.
I placed an order for more then 10 items. Some of the items have arrived and some are nowhere to be seen. Going to have to get to my credit card as I am going to get them to chase it up. The products are no way the same as they show on pic. Pay via PayPal to protect yourself as much as possible. This is a company from China and they don't understand English. Either give the product or give the money. It's been 3 months back and forth and I still cannot get my money nor the product. This is one simple convo I have been having with no luck. I have all of these passage of convo in my Instagram account and my Facebook account so you can see if this is the truth or a lie. Please save yourself the hassle and use home based company. Thanks you. Would not want my worse for to go through this headache
Wouldn't even give them a star, but I had to to write this review. First of all ordering from them with Royal Mail the dress doesn't even turn up. It says "delivered" but after speaking with our post boy and being down the local post office. This item is NO where to be seen. Call IVrose as they like to call themselves. More like take your hard earned money and not give it back. Tried getting them to send another item out and they just refuse, kept telling me the item is at the post office. I've been down there 5 times. I can reassure you this dress is no where to be seen or found. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEM, AND IF YOU DO AND YOU SEND IT BACK YOU STILL WONT RECIVE IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVES IVE EXPERIENCED. You don't get to talk to a human with a IQ you end up getting put through to some monkey

Ordered bought this dress for my daughter slow delivery dress was very poor quality and had to return to address in Germany still no refund after 4 weeks now no response from them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY. Ivrose I still want my refund you had your dress back now I want my money back.
You can tell by the way they write the reviews some almost make no sense!

I ordered 3 items from this website with an express delivery as I needed them very soon for an event.
After I paid, they sent me a notification saying the items were not in stock anymore, and they could provide for a delivery only after restock the pieces. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Avoid!
Wouldn't buy from Ivyrose again. Poor quality items, a really poor fit (not sure who the sizes were modelled against and a hassle to return. Instead of returning (to Germany and at my own cost) I was offered either a $10 voucher or a 20% refund, both of which I found insulting.
Needless to say I won't be using this site again
The picture for my item was lovely however the actual item did not reflect this.
It was think cheap material, it came up really small so was not true to size.
I was gutted aa the product looked lovely on the website.
The product pictured below looks soft and almost fluffy. The product is actually quite rough and looks more like cotton. Compare this to the actual picture I have taken of my product and hopefully you will see the quality differences.
Never shop on this site. First of all very poor customer service. Secondly material is not good, If the size didnot fit you good, they will tell you send the dress back but not refund you whole money. You have to pay the shipping charges by yourself and the shipping charges while purchasing would not be refund even. So, please be careful not to shop over here.

The quality is not bad and the prices are really low. Always look to the comments, the pictures in there and what other people think of the product. I ordered 6 shoes's and they were surprisently good quality. The prices are really low, so you cant expect the best of the best quality.
Took it with me on my holidays and really enjoyed it. Sizing is a little bit off but it still fits well. Top was smaller and the bottoms little bit big. I don't know about the normal clothing but the bikini's are good quality and absolutely gorgeous! I Would definitely reccomend.
Don't buy from here. Their products are very different to what they advertise and will not offer you a refund, if they do they try and make you pay for postage and shipping which can be even more expensive than the product. Company is run by scammers who falsely advertise their items. Shop with someone like pretty little thing or boohoo.
Ordered 3 shirts from them. Did not Look at all like the pics on the web site.The material was all stretched and sleeves way short. Washed them and discoloured all of my laundry. They are not even refunded me for the discoverer one and they don't cover any of the cost for returning the items. Save your money and your time and do not order from this company. Very disappointed with my purchases!
