Nice dress it came quite quickly I actually forgot I ordered it

Bloody terrible didn't receive my items and customer support is utterly $#*! would not shop here again

Quite big mix up as item I ordered bever got email confirmation as wasn't in stock yet I'd ordered it once contacted the company few awkward emails later and all was explained glad I waited as dress is gorgeous little bumpy start but worth the wait

Took longer than I expected to deliver and didn't feel it was true to size. It's nice material though. I got a small and I'm a size 10 and felt it more suited to a 12 maybe. I'd go for XS next time if it's available.

Really true to size and I have ordered several times over the past 18 months

Waited 18 days for item then contacted the company to ask where it is then I was told the dresses I ordered was not available out of stock so I requested a refund and won't be shopping again with Iva rose

Shopping for clothes is great,so many items at a affordable price.
But overall Shopping experience you have to wait a very long time for your things.not sure if i will shop with iverose anytime sooner.

I ordered a dress at the beginning of June was told up to 10 days for delivery. No delivery came so I emailed to be told they were waiting on stock to come in... Why let me buy something you don't have. So messages went back and fourth and I have had to have the dress in a colour I didn't want.

Lovely dresses however the sizing is very small. Read the measurements before ordering

So I ordered this dress for my holiday, which has been and gone 3 weeks ago and it's only just came today. I am happy with the product but be aware the delivery process is loooong.

Material is very silky and material doesn't look as good on as online

Ordered 2 dresses and when they arrived the material was nothing like the image. They were cheaply made and not wearable at all. Couldn't return them they offered 30% refund for items I have zero use for but that was my only option

Deliver took 3 and a half weeks, came 1 day before my Holliday

Lovely dress good quality, looks lovely on. Very pleased

Not easy to return items, if they do not fit. I was asked to send pictures of my measurements to help the company with the products, thats highly inappropriate. If something doesn't fit, it does not fit. I am still waiting on a return label.
I was also waiting weeks and weeks for my order, one of my products was out of stock, I was not informed of this and my other items were held back. Ordered on 3rd June, received on 29th June.

Great item very pleased however delivery was delayed and I wanted this item for my holiday

Easy, and quick will use then again, I was spoilt for choice when choosing my dress

My dresses came too late for what I bought them for and I ordered a month earky. Also one of the dresses is not like the picture :(

Absolutely delighted with my dress fab fabric and super fit

Very good at the moment but still waiting on 1 item being shipped out
