I will never shop with Ivrose again. The product wash poor quality. I wanted to return an item that cost £26.60. I was offered a 40% refund and keep the product. I stated time and time that I wanted a full refund. I eventually managed to return the product and only got £14.48. NOT the full £26.60. Awful customer

The dress shown on the video on your site is different to the actual dress I received... massively disappointed

Lovely flattering dress on a plus size body. Fit lovely and true to size

I placed an order on the 3rd of June. A few days later I received a notice my package had been shipped. The tracking then dropped out and there was no update until the 7th of July when they again sent me an email saying that my items had been shipped. I emailed the support email and was told to just be patient. When I again asked for clarification on my order and its actual location they responded by saying they were sorry and deleted my account? Customer service is terrible. Shipping is even worse. I'm not confident of my package ever arriving or its quality going by my experience so far. DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS SITE.

Took far too long to arrive, sent the parcel even though I stated the latest I needed it for they sent just days before so presume it's arrived after I've gone on holiday! Wasted money for items I've had to replace from another supplier

Placed an order of 4 weeks ago when delivery was stated 8-10 days! Never received my items, I was asked to be patient by the company when I asked for a refund as the items never got sent to me & then finally after telling them I was seeking action to get my refund they issued my money back. Terrible service.

Dress was too big, i waited 20 days for product to arrive,l I was away so tried on once home to discover item was too big, contacted them to arrange return and they said I have run out of time and they won't accept my return.

Very poor will never order from this company again and will never recommend to any of my friends or family

Dresses are lovely material and a nice fit try to size, a little long for delivery but overall satisfied with the end result.

Hi!The dress is true to size, looks just like on the website. The colours are also just like on the website. I absolutely recommend.

Too long to receive took four weeks to arrive thought that was a bit to long

Had to initially chase why my order hadn't been dispatched, communication could have been better there but good service overall

I waited over 9 days for the my item to me processed let alone posted. It took a few more days for customers services to get back to me. Their WhatsApp doesn't work just email seemed to work. Refund was completed but took another few days

Still haven't received my dress and was order at the start of June. Will never be ordering of this site again

The dress took a few weeks to arrive and when it finally arrive it was poor quality and did not look like the photos. I planned to send it back however they expect you to pay for return prior to getting any refund, financially it isn't worth sending back. Am disappointed.

No communication. Terrible delay with shipping no updates

Poor service, refused a refund for an out of stock item and forced into taking an alternative dress which is awful quality with horrendous material. Not to mention the time for it to be delivered.
