This is a great hosting company, they always attend to my issues that I may have and I always get great service. Especially, Donovan, Sam, George, Eugene and Kokus. They always go out of their way for me.
Moved to their hosting due to pricing, claimed to have little knowledge about the issues I was having. When I contacted support the domain was unable to find the server and their recommendation was to reinstall Wordpress, it didn't work but they carried on pushing that fix.

It was not very good. The first technician kept referring to me as Thinus and did not address my issue. The second one was good and addressed the issues and explained in detail what was involved and what I needed to do to achieve the desired outcome.

Moved all my cpanel servers to ivecloud at the start of January 2020, truth be told – I AM LOVING THEM! Ivecloud is by far the best provider that I have had the pleasure of working with.
Their pricing, support, and industry knowledge is far more superior than any hosting provider that I have tried in the past!
Providers such as 1-grid, domains.co.za, rsaweb.co.za, axxess.co.za and worst of all Afrihost can learn a thing or two from these guys.

It's important to note that your server was not offlined for no reason, your server was suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy where a complaint was lodged via our abuse center pending your response. Upon replying to the complaint, you failed to remain patient in awaiting a response from our staff to resolve the matter.
Your ticket was automatically closed after you submitted a cancellation for the suspended server.
We always try our utmost best to maintain exceptional after-sales customer service, thus we implore you to initiate a chat with any of our 24/7 Live Chat agents in the future for immediate assistance.
I logged a call and had to escalate two times days later to get a response. Must admit, when I eventually got an answer, it was technically sound and on point.
