We have three methods in which our customers can get a hold of our technical support department.
1st - Telephonic support, our telephone lines are open from 8:00 - 17:00 GMT +2
2nd - Live Chat Support, If you need support but don't want to hold for a consultant, then our live chat is the ideal choice for you. We offer 24 hours live chat technical support to assist with any inquiry.
3rd - Email Ticket support, this open is the more detailed method where our customers can submit screenshot errors related to their service for prompted technical support.
As you can see, we have made provision to ensure we always have someone around to solve those frustrating problems around the clock.
They advertise 24/7 support, however almost every time I phone there is a very long queue.
But IVECloud made provision for additional methods to get ahold of the support team which is great, I personally love the Live Chat as the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly!
Their Live Chat makes you feel comfortable while chatting to a Live Chat agent, its almost as if you are having a conversation with a friend.
The staff NEVER think that any question is silly even if it is, they are very patient with noobs that aren't familiar with their services and always assist with a calm and friendly tone.
I really truly recommend these guys to anyone looking for cheap hosting services.
FYI: I have googled around and they appear to be the cheapest hosting company in South Africa!
They offer telephonic support during the day from 8am to 5pm, but they have a 24/7 live chat support system with REAL people answering questions and helping with problems. They also have a 24 hour support email ticket system if your problem is not that urget.
