I really like downloading with them, although their page has quite a few inbound and outbound network speed problems.

Duplicate songs on different albums refuse to download and disappear from downloads. Refuse to download or disappear after re-downloading. Deleted albums do not show up on iTunes and cannot re-download. Several attempts by Apple Music have not rectified problem. Costing time and money. Cheaper buy cds.

Tip for consumers:
BEWARE. They have glitches that may have the same song from different albums disappear from downloads. Unable to re-download the songs to any of the albums. If you delete songs/albums ( to reinstall) from Apple Music library they (in my experience) cannot be re-downloaded from iTunes Store (do not show up in area of items not on this device). Need to contact ITunes/Apple Music. The problem may be rectified but the same issue keeps arising. Have the same issue with single album.

Someone somehow got access to my account and purchased like 15 songs from the same album of some crappy electronic music. Basically just drained my gift card balance because I have no payment set up (thank God!) First guy I called on the support insisted that I made the purchase because it was showing up in my library. Then put me on hold forever and disconnected me. Second girl I talked to put the songs under a claim review but all the claims were denied. Why is it so hard to get Apple to recognize that I DID NOT BUY THAT MUSIC?! I literally have NEVER made a purchase on that account, and have had it for 10 years. Last purchase was for a free app in 2017. History alone should prove that I'm telling the truth. Never been so frustrated with a service.

Tip for consumers:
No idea how to prevent fraud and they didn't help me. Changed my password but wasn't using the account to begin with.

The sole reason I bought an iPhone many generations ago was becasue of itunes functionality, now the only reason I'd consider an alternative would be because I've transitioned off itunes, I haven't made the break yet but I'm close. Everytime I sign in to itunes my library reverts to an old destination, I follow the apple "fix" but it doesn't stick, I've spent hours rebuilding this evening but know it will be temprorary, It would be faster if the "find other files" ever actually found anything else even in the same sub-folder - I don't know why they even offer the function - it never works, Two examples of a once good product now clearly managed by the D team. Sad really that apple clearly no longer care.

I discovered a music video, I'd purchased, missing from my Itunes library. When I enquired, to Itunes, on the missing track I was told that the content creater had removed the missing track from the platform and that I wasn't entitled to a refund. I was absolutely treated poorly by the customer service agents, one didn't even get back, and denied an alternative such as a free track or a refund. They have removed a music track from my library and didn't even have the decency to inform me that said track had been removed! Not even an apology. Absolutely disgusting attitude from Apple Itunes!

Here I leave a negative comment on the use of Itunes for which all my family and all friends and neighbors decided to stop using this iPhone tool and the use of these cell phones in general. It turns out that in this 2022 several people began to play online Poker-WSOP, we were a total of 22 people who played online. Very entertaining game besides having fun and showing our skills for this game. On July 11 and 31,2022, I was charged for the purchase of supposed tokens to play, in total they made 4 improper charges, a total of a little less than $100. They also began to charge my family and friends without authorization. I NEVER bought those tokens and I didn't give them authorization either (I was supposed to authorize with my ID-or the identification of my fingerprint in purchases) and I NEVER did the same thing with my family and friends. I made a formal claim for reimbursement in the Itunes claims option and they only recognized one refund and not the other 3 improper and unauthorized charges. Knowing that they had recognized a return with the same characteristics, I looked in the purchase section and it turned out that iTunes had removed those purchases from my cell phone and I suppose it was so that I would NOT use them as an example to demand the rest of returns. The same thing happened with my family and friends and neighbors. I wrote to the online poker game-WSOP and they tried as much as possible to return any improper charges but they concluded that it was an iTunes problem because they charge without their knowledge and they manage them. I have that in writing from the WSOP online game. What a pity that Itunes DOES NOT CARE about its customers, about its consumers, for providing a good service to those who consume its products. My family, friends and neighbors have stopped using these devices and for months we have preferred Androids on which I can consume whatever I want but I must enter my payment and authorize any purchase. Itunes steals money from me and if it does it with millions of people without them claiming or expressing it or saying anything, they continue to become millionaires from everything they steal and NOBODY does anything to demand that these improper and unauthorized charges continue

WARNING For the last 4 days I have spent my time going back and forth with ITUNE/TikTok over an email about a purchased made and these companies now mind you I have given these two companies to call me and they will not call so don't waste your time giving these companies your telephone number they won't call you! They will make you do a report online and then deny your request and these companies will just take your money and run by not giving you what you purchased. Then telling me that if I purchase these items again which are gifts on TikTok use to battle other people on LIVE CHAT these two companies work together and basically charged me $50 for 3303 coins and I keep explaining THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR ITEMS THAT WERE NOT RECEIVED! SO, why did you take my money! So, to everyone here reading reviews please make sure you are receiving your product of purchase or they will not refund you your money! Also, TikTok came at with the next time I purchase coins for a battle they will deduct my coins on my next purchase! Now, you tell me why would I purchase anything for these companies now to help my people battle on TikTok I WON'T! That is why they are always on the news with problems! OH YEAH NOT TO MENTION IT HAPPENED TWICE ONE FOR $50 the other for $20 and why would I need to lie! Y'all just be careful with your purchases through Itune!

I have a large library,,,,, updated and lost 90 percent of my downloaded music,,, Apple Was trying to make dumb people pay for a service,,, iCloud,, that should be free,,,,,, you own your music,,, iTunes only holds your digital license,,,,, that is the iCloud in a nut shell, it was free before and now it is a service,,,, pay radio, pay t. V, pay for a service that has been free since iTunes started what a stupid way to boost stocks,,,, my suggestion is use other services and stop buying on iTunes.!

What else would you call it? I write classical music and do a number of other audio related work. ITunes is constantly popping up as a built-in facet of a Mac. They got rid of iMovie and made it impossible to get, also making it cost money. Yet they keep iTunes around like the spammy Nigerian scam repeatedly stuffing your computer with noise and getting in the way of real work. If I could I would delete iTunes- still working on how to do that.

Tip for consumers:
Don't.

I was Itunes biggest fan. Then the price increased. Then came "The Cloud"... I lost all my music that I copied from CDs I purchased when I let my cloud subscription expire. When I renewed it, they couldn't locate my music... All those years of music gone. I don't have the CDs anymore to download them. There are great alternatives: Spotify. Pandora. And others where you pay a minimum monthly fee and you have access to all the music you want. The catch is - watch your data on your cell phone when streaming music!

I used to buy all my music from iTunes. However, I joined Spotify and stopped because it was no longer of value to me. However, iTunes automatically enrolled and billed me for their streaming service and it was more than a bit frustrating to get that straightened out and get my money back. I'm done with them.

I have one Apple product - an old iPod. Personally I think it sucks.
I hate that circle to get selections. Have yet (after 10 years) to get the selection I want to play. I have big fingers but this thing is especially made to frustrate.
One of these days it's going to be a hockey puck.
As for iTunes, their selections of classical music are very, very poor. So what's the point?

I was once a very loyal apple fan. But ever since Steve Jobs died, apple has been on a steady downward spiral. ITunes? OH MY GOD!
I can't even use their site. Apple can't seem to remember my log in information. I have had to call them and go around their endless self help nonsense more than a few times now. Once you reach a human they can usually get it worked out but it's such a pain I don't even look anymore.

So for this review the iTunes site is a horrible disorganized mess. Trying to search for anything is beyond hopeless. Then, why pay apple for a copy of some old song (most of my stuff is really dated.) When it can be found for free? Also are you aware that apple somehow manages to limit how many times you can copy a song once you pay to download it?
So if your devices need replacing, and you try to copy your music, after so many times, I think it's only 10, you can't? Please. I use to make tapes of my old records and no one could tell me how many copies to make. (all personal use only of course.)

Then there is the iTunes software you need. Well. Every single time they "upgrade" this, it gets worse. They managed to bury free internet radio. It's still there but I had to visit youtube to find out where. ITunes is anything but intuitive.
THEN. Ha. Suddenly, and for no reason what so ever, your music gets lost. Found this out the hard way but if you drag a song say to a few playlists, for example I might have a car song in a play list of travel songs, and in one with oldies. Well can't do that. ITunes will have a brain fart and can't find anything. Again it took a few sessions on youtube to learn from other frustrated users what's going on. Seems the only way to put your music into playlists is to import music to one giant music folder where everything is stored. THEN create a playlist and edit that, then hunt and fish for what ever you want to put into it. It's a royal pain.

I went around with apple support for weeks over this and over an iPhoto issue. (I photo another one. If you delete a photo while iPhoto is running? Get this. The entire application AND ALL YOUR FILES vanishes. Forever. Finally my fix? I save ALL my music on my computer in a "music" folder before I ever put it into iTunes. I still have to use iTunes since I need that to use my iPods. But I keep my music duplicated OFF iTunes. SO when iTunes loses it? I can put it back easy enough. (I never did reinstall iPhoto. Just dump pictures into my own folders.) Apple's answer to that is to scold me for not using the cloud and time machine. Listen, I DO NOT EVER want my files on a cloud and time machine? Seriously? I need to back up my stuff so when apples gimpy software loses everything I can reload a backed up version? I don't think so. I told apple to fix their messed up software and try actually reading the many many complaints about it. I back up my stuff on an external HD which are pretty cheap now. NO clouds, no need to send data over the internet.
As for the iTunes site? Haven't even attempted to use it in several years now. Again, stuff can be had SO easy, and usually free.

I am only reviewing the App Store/iTunes Game, "Jewel Crush, Match 3". I wish there were separate categories on Sitejabber for these huge sites with multiple functions, like the App Store. I've played and enjoyed Jewel Crush for some months now. At one point, I was able to become a VIP member for $2.99 a week. This has numerous benefits. However, now I'm done with the highest level of this game, and I'm trying to stop VIP membership. The site says you can stop it by entering your cancellation in the site. THERE IS NO SITE ON WHICH I CAN CANCEL! When i look up options or ask questions, IT IS IN CHINESE!
I don't read, speak or understand CHINESE! So it looks as if, unless someone contacts me because i submitted a complaint, for the rest of my life AND BEYOND, I will be charged $2.99 a week for a game i stopped playing because I got as far as I can.
I believe this is a breach of contract and fraud. And it should be easier to contact these game sites without having to first learn HOW TO WRITE CHINESE!
