The equipment is rather well made and you won't need tech support too much. They stick to their advertised price and have hidden charges.

Tech support takes for ever, their equipment got better over the years but still needs improvement. They advertise lower prices then anyone else but in reality it's about a third more. I will change to direct TV as soon as the contract is over.

Signed up to iTunes when I got my IPhone, bought music and other things.
Got e-mail the other day th as the I have to respond within 24hrs otherwise your account will be deleted. I don't check my emails everyday. Lost everything. Can't be retrieved.

Need to get a appointment days in advance. The workers look at you like you are beyond help. No one knows what they are doing but give you a price.
Promises, promises. Nothing else.

Don't give your personal information! They will call you EVERY DAY. Not only once, up to 10 times! Everyday you will receive e-mails with no content from people that don't know how to spell. And lots of them. If you get upset and tell them to quit calling you are just fair game, about every 5 min. However they will block your number so you can't call back. Usually they never call from the same number, every other day it's a different one.
If you don't mind being harassed go ahead.

It is not a collection agency nor a attorney firm. The only people working there is sales people and acting secretarys. You will spend money and get nothing in return. The person you are talking to is impersonating a Lawyer. They do not have Lawyers. Stay away. You WILL be disappointed.
