I was referred into the site from another and had a little trouble identifying how to apply a discount code I'd been given, so I took advantage of the customer service email link and receive a very courtesy and helpful response very quickly.
I wrote wrong shipping address twice and the supporter tries to help me patiently and quickly.

Unfortunately a product I ordered from iTechDeals arrived in non-working order. I immediately contacted customer service and was connected with a wonderfully helpful person named Mary. Within a day of sending my message to customer service, Mary contacted me, apologized for inconvenience, and sent me a pre-paid mailing label to return the product. Shortly thereafter, she cheerfully processed a refund of purchase price. While we all receive defective products from time to time, it's how the retailer responds that matters. And in this case, iTechDeals and Mary responded perfectly and professionally. Because of this, I will buy from iTechDeals in the future. Well done folks! Thank you.

I bought a mouse from itechdeals and it was the best price around - even $10 cheaper than Amazon. Unfortunately the scroll wheel was not working correctly but they sent out a replacement very promptly. Was very pleased with the customer service.

I was just waiting to receive my order and then to complete the survey. I just received my package and it is really disappointed me because I have ordered a new headset and I got a used one and that too so many scratches on it and again, I just tried to on that device and it is not working. The box is in worst condition and the headset as well. If you have a used one, you (Itechdeals) should clearly mention in their website that they are selling a used one not a new device. This is really showing the carelessness of the website and I wasted my money to order this device and wasted my time to wait for this useless device. I just want to return this item because I do not want to keep this useless not working device with me.
Ordered iPhone chargers from Offer.com, great price with free shipping. However, took 12 days to get them. Reason? Stuck in USPS facility for 5 days. It was not itechdeals' fault though, customer service was great during email exchange. Will buy from again if good deals found.
