I am going to try shorten this as much as possible. I have been dealing with ipostal since August. Someone someone used my card and set services up on my card. They are aware that it wasn't me. I have been emailing them since August and all they can email and ask for the same things that I have sent them over and over again. It is now October and we aren't even close to getting a refund yet. They have charged me for 2 months. It is almost time for the 3rd month to be charged and I bet I get charged for a 3rd time. I am at my wits end and don't know what else to do. This is so frustrating. Who knows?!?
It was easy to enroll. Before enrolling, I imagined that there would be a long questionnaire for me to complete, but it was very simple.

Update, a rep named Connor contacted us and went above and beyond to assist and resolve. We now have our virtual mail box as intended. And could not be happier. I am updating this review to 5 stars. IPostal you have got yourselves a new promoter. As an expat I will share this positive experience with all expats within my community.

On August 6th my spouse and I signed up for a virtual mail box which was prior to us moving out of the country. We arw from California and were not notified until days after sign up via an email almost a week after sign up that notary of form 1583 was required. We complied and completed the forms and got them notarized but they continued to return our mail to sender claiming it was crms policy until we were approved. They told us to call the branch we told them we had no way to make an international call. Spoke to 3 reps one named Jason and one named MaryAnn the other name unknown suggested that we cancel. Jason claimed I had cross outs on my form and this is the first I have heard that this is the case in over a week of waiting. Not sure if there is a glitch but he showed random xxxs on my form, where the hell did these come from? And my husband's oh they can't find his at all even though we have notary receipts. We were told to cancel or pay 25 bucks and get the form notarized again...we want a refund on our notary in the total amount of $50 and a refund on our signup fee.

The complete list of the setup process is on the home page, the 'How iPostal1 Works' page, the FAQ pages, and other pages on our website. The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect. If forms are not completed, the mail center is unable to accept your mail and will be returned to sender.

Keep being told the address is a business not residential address as advertised. Cannot use this as a address to vote.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
