I created an iPostal address two months ago. So far they have misplaced an important letter and put someone else's package - with address clearly marked - in my mailbox. I visited the store, in an out-of-town Staples, and noticed that it was very cluttered, especially the piece of furniture where mail was deposited for sorting. IPostal doesn't really take responsibility for missing or misplaced main and directs people to the store where the box is located. Customer service and follow through is poor.

Besides the issue with the online notary everything was good. Constant follow up from Ipostal1 was totally appreciated.

I got the iPostal1 virtual address, but I was not able to get business license with the city since they do not accept virtual business addresses, they were immediately detected it's inside Office Depot. Same did my bank - they said it's not a true office. California state, not sure about other states. IPostal1 refused to refund the fee payment.

While we do have many customers who successfully use their iPostal1 addresses for official registration purposes, ranging from registering businesses to obtaining driver's licenses, we highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. The regulations on things like this vary from state to state, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the address for your desired purpose.
We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your account because, not only is your account outside of the 30-day period, but you also used your digital mailbox to receive and manage your mail.

As a startup it was great to find the virtual service that I was looking for but to also find the additional perks that would support other needs.
I really have some form issues but when I contact Postal 1. Mr. Neil was so kind taking me through the paper work and explaining everything to me. I was thankful to him.

Do not sign up with this company if you want the services they claim to provide on their website. I already have a post office box. I signed up with them so I would have a "virtual business" as they claim they provide. Someone from over 80 miles away delivered a package that Ipostal REFUSED TO GIVE TO ME. I got an email from my client that the delivery person was told they would not accept it and were going to send it back! I then had to get in my car and drive over there and nicely asked for the package and Joe Cabral in Camarillo California refused to give it to me. He said he could not accept packages without postage. While I was waiting he then gives the package to the mail carrier and afterwards says "well its out of my hands now!" That's when I realized he had given it to the mail man. I followed the mail man who asked me to follow him to the post office where I had to pay $10.05 to get a package that should have been given to me from Ipostal1. I then call their complaint line and a very nice lady apologized and said that should NOT have happened. I should have been given my package and she agreed to transfer my account to a different location. Now this morning, I received an email that they have CANCELLED my account because of my behavior! I want nothing to do with this scam company. Save your money. Do not sign up for services that they will NOT PROVIDE. Fortunately, I was only with this company for a few months, but still have to go to the trouble now to change my address again! Oh - and BTW I have to jump through multiple hoops to get this review published but I am so fuming mad, I am willing to do it.

We do accept packages from all carriers. To clarify, a carrier is a a person who is employed to deliver and collect letters and packages. We are not able to accept letters and packages without postage, and from an individual who is not a professional mail carrier. This would not be allowed at any iPostal1 partner location.

However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
