My experience has been positive. My only issue is with the mobile app.
I have only been using ipostal1 for a short time, but it has been great so far. I don't receive much mail, but, as I am currently traveling, I needed somewhere to send ehat I do get, so iPostal1's low monthly cost has been just what I needed.
I had my first real package delivered and captured I. The system this week. Although my issue was directly with Postal1 and with Staples Communication it definitely wasn't a good experience. As a customer I did my due diligence to make sure my packages were arriving with the correct information so I could receive without any issues. My son placed an order for me and he didn't change his name so it arrived with his information on it. I went into staples to make sure it was ok and I was told by the Supervisor as long as it had my # on it. I call to staples because my package showed delivered just to be talked to like I was a child. I was told that they will give me my package this last time but I have been told many times that my son would need to be on the account. When I arrived at Staples I did get my package and did speak with a manager who handled it properly but the experience wasn't a good one.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. You can add another person to your account upon signup or at a later date. To add another mail recipient to your account, you will need to send in another notarized Form 1583 and a copy of two forms of ID. Once this is done, we will be able to add that person's name to your account so they may receive mail as well. You may have up to five names on a personal account.

I am a new customer and run a nonprofit organization. I set up the mailbox to receive important documents from donors, partners and the IRS. Having worked many years to establish this organization I was very excited when I received notification from Ipostal1 that my approval letter from the IRS was waiting for me. The letter from the IRS was documentation stating my organization is officially a Nonprofit 501 (C) 3 tax exempt organization. I have donors, sponsors ready to give, volunteers ready to work and most importantly senior in need of the care our organization provides. Now 2 weeks later I am still waiting. Ipostal1 lost this letter. No one seems to care. There is no communication to me. I have to call them and all they say is "it's under investigation. From the nasty sales person at Staples where the letter was delivered to the incompetent customer service representatives at Ipostal1 I am disgusted with the service I have received. I paid for the service and not one thing about it is right. If your thinking of sign up with them please save yourself the aggravation and frustration I am dealing with now.

According to our records, your account was fully approved and ready to receive mail as of 1/20/24. If a mail item was received at your mail center before this date, it may have been returned to sender.
All mail center locations on iPostal1 go through a comprehensive training program before being listed on our website. Perhaps you happened to speak to an employee who was less informed. Our Customer Service team is highly professional and always tries to help. We apologize if in your case the representative did not properly hear your question or address your concern.

Easy to follow and do. Because it was important I went to pick it up and was pleased with the service and the answers to my questions.
The image of the mail in the portal was clear and I was able to schedule my pick up without any issues. Location was clean, staff were organized and it was easy to pick up mail. Staff were friendly. Was able to get in and get out without any concerns.
So far So Good everything have been reported to me and I've picked it up from the location that was assigned to me

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address.
