They handle mail service through iPostal1 and the Staples employees have LOST very important pieces of mail! THEY TAKE THE LIBERTY TO OPEN YOUR MAIL WHEN YOU HAVEN'T REQUESTED IT! They are either too busy, not paying attention, don't care, or flat out taking people's mail! They feed you a bunch bullcrap as if they are doing something about it but they don't. Just a nice little boilerplate customer service response.
They are completely irresponsible with how they handle a customer's mail.
* THEY TAKE AND/OR WILL LOSE YOUR MAIL! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS

When creating a consolidation, packages must be opened to consolidate, but this is not true for letters. We are sorry you experienced this issue. Our support team is working with the mail center operators so that this does not happen again. They are also investigating the mail that should have been included in your shipment. Lastly, our team has refunded the shipment charge, as well as extended your subscription as a courtesy.
You always have the option to move your digital mailbox to another iPostal1 address. We can make this simple and fast.

Does what it says
It was unexpected to have to prove residency the way we did but it was much easier than expected as well. The timeframe it took for the approval was the only thing so far that's been somewhat of a let down. When I called ipostal they told me to call me to call my local staples and when I called my store, they said to call ipostal. Then it all of a sudden sas approved so fortunately I did not have to figure out who was going to answer my question. When I went in to get my first letter I was very satisfied with my staples rep as he was very friendly and was the picture perfect example of what a customer representative should be in business. He made me seem like it was a pleasure for him to help me with my mail. That right there turned everything from questionable to satisfied and confident I made a good decision with my mailing needs.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

While we scan the front of every envelope or package, if you would like to have a particular piece of mail opened and the content scanned, you can request this from your online interface or the app. This is one of our Optional Services that is listed on the Pricing page on our website. Because you will see the sender of each mail item, you might have a pretty good idea if this is content that you want to scan or not.
