Waited in line for a short time and picked up package with no issues
Quick and easy to set up, with no frills or unnecessary features that'd overcomplicate things. I sent two "test" letters after signing up and purposely omitted various combinations of the company name, recipient on file, and address 2 details. Both letters made their way to my inbox without delay!

Decent experience so far. I was not aware of the $2 pick up fee added to the monthly from already paying. This was not covered and shouldn't not be charged to customers.
Very nice to get notification and see a picture of the item. When I went to pick up, although it was a small package, it was stored on a different floor of the Staples store then the checkout. It took the staff about 15 minute to retrieve it.

At iPostal1, we offer the low monthly price of $9.99 at most locations and charge for other services on a pay-as-you-go basis, since many people do not use other services like pickup. Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge. All fees for the optional services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website and details on pickup fees are available by each address listing.

I've just started with iPostal so the mail transfer isn't really active yet on the USPS side but have received some mail and requested scans and iPostal has been great - super quick.
Completing the 158 form or whichever one it was, was a little difficult on a mobile device, especially on the selection of dates -- it took a minute to figure it out.
The notary process was extremely easy.

Truly I haven't started using the service. I started this account prematurely but I really will not use it till April.
I thought signing up would be difficult but it was not. Affordable pricing and convenience are exactly what I needed.

It's been good, though I don't get a ton of mail. The letters I expected to receive did arrive.
Never have any issues. All mail is posted to my dashboard in a timely manner and all requests are handled appropriately.
