I have had no issues thus far. All is going as I expected it to.
I needed a place to receive my mail during my separation/divorce proceeding with my wife. Using iPostal1 was the best!
Bit expensive for what I need (physical address to use on shipping labels instead of my home address, for my side business) but it obviously does the job as far as I can tell.
Good mail on time. Only one item not able to be located.

I am not sure why I have to go to the physical Postal Store to sign off on a piece of mail, that I had already picked up. If I picked it up, it's not there...end of story.

According to our records, you chose PayPal as your choice of payment. There is a minimum balance required for a PayPal account, so when your balance falls below a certain amount, it will automatically add funds to your account. The reason we require a balance for PayPal customers is because without this, there would be a delay until the customer approves the amount charged. This way, we can process most requests immediately and avoid confusion or mistakes. Unused PayPal balances are refunded if/when you discontinue your service.
Any other fees incurred have been from using our Optional Services. Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website. Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.

Everything was fine except that the mail arrived inside an UNSEALED envelope which put the mail inside at risk of falling out.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect.
Our records show that your forms were not completed.

Please keep in mind the total value that you get with iPostal1: a secure location to receive your mail and packages, the ability to view and manage your mail and packages with an app or online, and to forward packages to another address with a choice of carriers and service level. You would pay twice as much for PO Box and that does not come with the convenience of digital mailbox service, so this really is a great value and a tremendous convenience.
