Wee the beginning was bad as I tried the first time a couple months ago but the ipostal1 app would not let me ok to the agreement.now this time after my payment I still had the same problem.i actually had someone there send me the agreement and take in person to the Chula Vista office.
All the tools to complete the setup were included right in the tool. I've received mail and asked for a scan and it works very well!
This company sucks and at the end of this subscription I'll be going elsewhere. The concept is perfect for what I was looking for, however they have been unable to deliver. Started out with a problem receiving proper emails, they had me try a different email, still same thing, emails never delivered. They supposedly worked on the problem for a year before they admitted they had a "system" wide issue. Two years still no resolution. Now they decided to update their term and send out 20 page doc that everyone must agree to so can continue using the mailbox. Basically holding my mail hostage even though I'm paid through November this year. Also no refund. Who else besides me is ready to sue? Class Action in the making. Just so happens the new term specifically state you agree to no class Action law suits. Interesting to say the least.

While we did have a temporary issue with email notifications, this has not been recurring situation for many customers. Our records show that our tech team looked into this, and many test emails were sent. We are sorry to hear that this went unresolved.
We did update our Terms of Service back in May. It is important that you read, and accept if you would like to continue using your digital mailbox, the new terms. Other functions of your mailbox are not available until the new terms are agreed upon. The sign up process is intense, but probably necessary for security. Couple with different last names was very complicated and had to call for help. Then only one of us actually got a confirmation. Had to call the actual facility and was told it was corrected.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf.

They have great customer service. I was becoming very frustrated with the uploads for my ID and address identifier. The staff was very patient and supportive. They are wonderful

Now that your mailbox is approved, how you receive that mail depends on the actions you take. If you file a Temporary Change of Address at your local post office, then all your first-class mail from all senders will be forwarded to your iPostal1 address. Otherwise, only the senders you inform, whether business or personal, will know to send mail to your iPostal1 address.

My first time going to pick-up my mail was wonderful! The ladies working the counter were so sweet and attentive and were very kind to my daughters which was an extra bonus.
Have not been able to use for a long enough duration to give you complete feedback but the set-up was somewhat easy and difficult for certain verifications.
I did have an issue with a typo initially, but so far so good. The team is fairly quick to reach out.

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment.
