Excellent services because I receive emails letting me know I have mail in my box that needs to be picked up.
I love how this works! I was not sure what I expected, and to be honest, I was a bit skeptical of the service initially, but I must admit, it works like a charm! I love that pictures of my mail were scanned into my account, and I also received an email telling me I had mail. At my location, it's free to pick up letters, so I'm saving money because this service is cheaper than a P.O. Box! I've already been telling my friends about it.
The notary did the paper work wrong and I it had to be redone. However never was refunded upon my request. Postal1 staff helped me through the repeat process and was a big help

After paying for the notarization, I found out that the form was wrong after asking if it was correct and the CSR said it was ok. Now I have to do it all over again

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect.

I am happy with the service. I really appreciate the timely notification along with a photo of the mail which helps me to determine the urgency of picking it up.
It's my fist time renting a mailing address for my business. So far it's great the only problem I think although it's not a big deal but I also got charge to pick up my mail.

Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge at most mail address locations. All fees for the optional services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website. Details on pickup fees are available by each address listing. When picking up packages, there is a pickup fee for each package. The pickup fee for letters is for any number of letters.

Easy to use. Great communication. I needed to post an address for my professional association. But I prefer not to have my home address posted online.
I've been using postal for a couple years now and I must say that it's been a very good experience. The services are very convenient with the option to view your mail online and have it discarded, scheduled for pick up or discarded. The options are limitless. They responded quickly to my request to scan a letter. I was able to see the letter within a couple hours!
I really have not been actively using the mailbox service as of yet. I am using it for a relatively new LLC. But I appreciate that it was relatively easy to set up the service, and especially appreciated that there were several physical address options that were fairly close to my residence (also office).

We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable.
