Its been great both the office and customer service were very satisfactory and kind.
I have got it all Set up and received Notifications as well for Mail Received which is Very Helpful and Convenient.Haven't Picked up my mail yet.Went there once,But was closed ( After 6 Pm).Will go again.The Process should be Smooth.Thank.you.
A little more information was needed than expected, however it was worth it.
Process for adding a spouse was not working and could not do so after several attempts. However, there were no issues getting the system to work for an individual user

You should be able to add another person to your account. To add another person, you will need to send in another notarized Form 1583 and a copy of two forms of ID. Once this is done, we will be able to add that person's name to your account.

Highly Satisfied with the service, But I would highly recommend all items pertaining to Mail and/or packages always be kept in a secure lockbox instead. To prevent unauthorized access from lurking customers pretending to be shopping or needing services in that particular area where items are stored

We take customer privacy very seriously. All locations are approved by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). Your mail is securely stored until you request that it be forwarded, shredded, discarded, or picked up.

Signing up is difficult, when filing paperwork to be notarized You don't have the same selections when it comes to what form of identification you're using. Select two and then once you go to the proof portal, you select two more that are not the same. And now I have to file again paying $25 again?

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. That being said, you need only 2 forms of ID, but they must match the criteria set forth by USPS.
We don’t charge any fee for notarizing your forms. If you prefer to use the online notary, which is provided as a convenience, they do charge $25. This is a one-time fee, unless you are notarizing documents for more than one person. If you are adding someone else to your account, they will require their own 1583, IDs and notary.

I am at the begining of the my business starting process. For now, everyhing is okey. Also the agents of ipostal are very helpful.
I have not had many experiences with iPostal 1 just yet. I would recommend it if you are searching for an address out side of our personal address. Only thing, I would hope in the near future, they would provide more address in Illinois for the Northern suburbs like St. Charles, South Elgin and Geneva.

The 1583 can be a rabbit hole of horror. Make sure the documents you supply have a date showing. My vehicle registration doesn't list the year and they couldn't use it. Resubmitting all of the correct documents added several days before my account was usable.

Start up for a couple of months (March and April 2024) was slow requiring I telephone to repeat requests like scan, shred, dispose.
Training of staff seems to have improved service (Late May and early June 2024).

I love ipostal1. I would recommend to a friend. I have not had any issues yet.
I have issues with local mail delivery, and iPostal1 has allowed me to get a secure location for my mail in my local area and made it super affordable! It costs less than a standard PO Box at my local post office, has more features, and has WORLDS better customer service.
We have not had our address for very long but so far it seems to be operating as we need it to. I did call customer service / our service office and got no answer. I left a voicemail that was never returned so that leaves a little to be desired. As we continue to use the services, I'm sure it will serve our needs.

The setup process was fast and easy. After submitting the forms, I was a little confused because I wasn't sure if everything was completed. I expected a pop-up window or some indication that they received the forms. However, I received a fast response to my question, and they confirmed that the forms were received and explained the next steps. Although I don't receive much mail, I sent a "test" letter and everything worked fine.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.
