Seems to work great. I've alread received mail and packages at the new address. I'm considering adding a second address in Oregon to receive Amazon packages with no sales tax.
I have not started receiving any mail yet, but I am pleased with the set up
Good service. Can't remember if there was a place to select if I can also pick up my spouse's mail. Also, I was going to add a foreign address to ship to, but was surprised that I need some sort of notary? What for?
I love the ease of finding suitable office locations, the signing up and subsequent release of relevant notifications.
I have been very happy with iPostal's service! They have provided rapid notification of any mail received and an easy pickup process. I know of any mail that I get even when on vacation. No daily trips to a P.O. Box to check the mail!
IPostal is convenient and I get a notification when I have mail. No daily trips to the PO Box!
Although more expensive, the digital notary seems to make things that much more convenient and efficient to the process.

IPostel for the most past has been easy to use. Staff is friendly when I arrive to pick up my mail. The location I use is clean and looks very professional. They always let me know when mail arrives. If I had one compliant it would be the fee to pick up my own mail. I have to drive 30 minutes to get my mail and to charge a pick up fee for regular mail is excessive.

Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge at most mail address locations. All fees for the optional services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website. Details on pickup fees are available by each address listing. When picking up packages, there is a pickup fee for each package. The pickup fee for letters is for any number of letters.

Minor issues but awesome app i would recommend it to other people
No problems, no issues so far Agent are very patient and helpful.
Just as good as a PO box but cheaper. So far I like the service. It works for me. Living in another city with a girlfriend a long drive I like the uniformity.
The form to verify was hard due to my experience with the notary, which was not good

No problems at all getting started was pretty easy sales rep walked me through all the steps even a lay person could do it.
My experience has been OK, no great and certainly not bad.
Your employees very quite a bit with their patience and latitude of understanding for those of us who are older and less computer savvy.
Plus, your organization must feel that you've got all the information necessary for a person to take charge of and establish a new account from beginning to end without a single human inter-action.
You could not be more wrong. It lacks adequate step by step instructions and an "If P, then Q" problem solving logic.
Simple enough to fix, I would think. Your personnel could be a bit more understanding and less assumptive that everyone out in the world has their computer skill set.

Portal is easy to use. IPostal1 experience has been meeting my expectations and I'd recommend it. I wish the pick-up of physical mail process was easier, like expanded hours or a 24/7 self-service option after you make a pick-up appointment ahead of time. It's been difficult to get to the mail office during work hours (M - F 9 am - 5 pm).

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. To add another person to your account, you will need to send in another notarized Form 1583 and a copy of two forms of ID. Once this is done, we will be able to add that person's name to your account and receive mail in their name.
Online notarization is required for customers who ship internationally.
