Minor issues but awesome app i would recommend it to other people
No problems, no issues so far Agent are very patient and helpful.
Just as good as a PO box but cheaper. So far I like the service. It works for me. Living in another city with a girlfriend a long drive I like the uniformity.
The form to verify was hard due to my experience with the notary, which was not good
No problems at all getting started was pretty easy sales rep walked me through all the steps even a lay person could do it.
My experience has been OK, no great and certainly not bad.
Your employees very quite a bit with their patience and latitude of understanding for those of us who are older and less computer savvy.
Plus, your organization must feel that you've got all the information necessary for a person to take charge of and establish a new account from beginning to end without a single human inter-action.
You could not be more wrong. It lacks adequate step by step instructions and an "If P, then Q" problem solving logic.
Simple enough to fix, I would think. Your personnel could be a bit more understanding and less assumptive that everyone out in the world has their computer skill set.

Portal is easy to use. IPostal1 experience has been meeting my expectations and I'd recommend it. I wish the pick-up of physical mail process was easier, like expanded hours or a 24/7 self-service option after you make a pick-up appointment ahead of time. It's been difficult to get to the mail office during work hours (M - F 9 am - 5 pm).

I wish the prices for tasks would have been explained better. I didn't know I would have to pay $1 per letter pick up. I haven't shredded yet but I'm sure I'll get charged for that too. It makes me weary of having a package shipped to my business address.
Also it would be more convenient to have a locker with key because the last time I picked up I had to wait 5-10 minutes at the counter behind a guy who was checking shipping prices and not being decisive.

Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.
When picking up packages, there is a pickup fee for each package. The pickup fee for letters is for any number of letters. Be sure to take advantage of our shred/content scan bundles to save money.
If you are not already, we advise that you use the 'Schedule a Pickup’ feature when you want to pick up mail, whether with the app or from your computer. By doing this in advance, the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.

I love having the app and being able to make decisions on what to do with mail while I am traveling. The staff at the pick up was very nice and helpful. It has been a seamless experience for me so far.
I'm getting the services I signed up for and expected, so I'm pretty happy. Packages are being handled and scanned promptly and legibly, I get good feedback on my Inbox page (and maybe more emails than I need, considering), and forwarded mail and packages all arrive in great condition. Trying my first consolidation mailing today - I expect I will see something well-packed.
I haven't gone there yet with bundles or with any kind of shredding services but I confidently expect to do so and to do well with them.

Ricky has been outstanding, he explained all the in's and out's about how things work along with answering all my questions, mostly about the delay from the USPS and there shortage of workers.
Sad our government does not understand how important our USPS is to everyone.

I think your experience will depend on the individual iPostal1 mail center you use. There's no way to know in advance which mail centers are any good, and if you end up with a bad one, it is a huge hassle to change your address a second time. IPostal1 offers no quality control from one mail center to another. Unfortunately, our mail center sometimes scans items (which turn out fine), but sometimes instead of scanning, they just photograph items with a phone, which occasionally end up completely illegible. There is no way to request a re-scan of an item. And there is no way to insist that they use the actual scanner instead of the phone. Our business is now faced with the difficult decision of whether to go through the cost and embarrassment of changing our business address for the second time in one month, or whether we should accept that some mail items will simply be illegible and there is nothing we can do about it.

Overall my experience has been very positive. It was a little confusing when I was getting signed up and waiting for the approval process. I think that program could be a bit more user friendly. Since then the experience has been very easy. My one true complaint is that I postal were in more cities! As RV'ers we move around every 6 months. So this service is wonderful. We can change our address as we move. We need you in more cities!

My experience with iPostal has been smooth. I have no complaints about their service. Their platform is very good, and all the information is very clear. I didn't have to contact anyone in sales to sign up for their services.
