My experience with iPostal has been smooth. I have no complaints about their service. Their platform is very good, and all the information is very clear. I didn't have to contact anyone in sales to sign up for their services.

Charged multiple times, could never receive package due to "blurry ID photos", despite sending new ones weeks prior. Cancelled account to avoid another month of paying for nothing. Who knows where my mail is.
Great service. Just wished I had picked a different location. Those people are a little slow. Takes 10 minutes while talking on cell phones to get my mail. Not very friendly but they get the job done.
Communication about when mail has been received could be better. I do a lot of Amazon shopping and USPS was bringing my stuff somewhere else so I lost trust in the mail delivery. Staples did a great job following up but it took several weeks to sort out.
I found myself needing to live out of a hotel for several months. Package delivery could not be guaranteed secured - packages like Amazon were placed in lobby for pickup by guests. This service worked perfect and provided secure handling of items shipped to me.
Good experience overall. Some things I would like to see are later business hours for the west portal SF location, and also there's a $2 fee when I pick up later package items which is annoying. But I'm satisfied overall.

At iPostal1, we offer the low monthly price of $9.99 at most locations and charge for other services on a pay-as-you-go basis, since many people do not use other services like pickup. Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge. All fees for the optional services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website and details on pickup fees are available by each address listing. Most locations charge $1.00 for any number of letters and $1.00 for each package. There is little to be said, other than that I had a good experience with iPostal1 so far. Affordable prices, lots of options for how to handle incoming mail and packages and easy registration to get your mailbox going.
Easy once the verification process was complete. Wish there was an even lower cost option for low volume usage. I need it for a vanity address and to legitimize my business and have no real mail coming in and paying $39.99 I think it should be more like $9.99 for my purposes. Can you all look into that? Otherwise, other than pricing, all good so far.

I'm very happy with my experience so far. The customer service is fantastic--Brenda at the local address will call me anytime there's a question, and it's always to ensure the best level of service for our organization.
This is a new service and they had to shake out some of their bugs. But that was no problem because each of the people who work here is thorough, attentive, and helpful. I could not ask for it to be any better.
I really wish that I had gotten this mailbox sooner. So convenient, I get an alert on my phone that mail has arrived, and go pick it up at my leisure or choose one of the other options. It's relatively inexpensive, fits into my budget. Overall I'm very happy with this service!
Great location, great experience. So convenient and don't have to worry about mail being left at my door. Very nice to be able to see what I got and let them know they can keep or get rid of it. Bye Bye junk mail. By the way, that doesn't count against you.

If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Blurry IDs are not viable for verifying identity. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged. Many customers use our addresses this way. Any mail that was sent to this address prior to having your account approved, would be returned to sender.
