The packaged was shown in my inbox almost immediately after it was received at the mailbox. Forwarding was requested on the system and customer service gave me a courtesy call to confirm I had selected the right shipping priority. Everything went smoothly!
Contacted cust svc had a couple of issues they responded immediately. They changed corrected what needed to be done and sent Email confirmations.

The employee / manager is snobby, and cold. Visited this establishment 2x both times I felt unwelcome. Like my business was a burden. Will not be renewing when the time is up.
The iPostal app is great. It allows me to see what mail is there waiting for me and the experience walking into Sumner postal every time is stellar, You don't expect to be impressed walking into a store that specializes in mailboxes and delivery but I love walking in there. I don't go in very often but after the second time in the guy behind the counter remembered my name, and whenever I go in regardless of who is there it's a great experience.
It is meeting my needs while I am traveling for an extended period of time.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf.
According to our records, you have not yet submitted these documents, meaning that any mail sent to your mail center for you was returned to sender. This is why you have not received any notifications for new mail.

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
