Many mail centers allow you to sign the form in their presence, in which case notarization may not be required. To notarize your form without going to your mail center, you need to use the online notary service for $25.

Setup was more involved than I expected, because of postal regulations, but they do everything they can to help. If you have them forward your mail to another address, be aware that "UPS Ground" is not actually magically 1 day shipping, as stated. Use one of the other shipping options that costs what you would expect for overnight. Also, leave one extra day off turnaround for the physical mailbox facility to receive, process, and ship.

We provide real-time shipping rates so you can choose the option that best fits your needs and budget. Once a package is shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier (UPS, in this case). We recommend reviewing the available UPS shipping options to ensure you select the service that works best for you. Please note that UPS Ground is not guaranteed for 1-day delivery. If you require guaranteed next-day shipping, we recommend selecting an overnight service option.

I know I need to read materials a little closer but I appreciate that my iPostal account rep, Wilson M., is so very patient with me. Wilson takes time to explain, to share materials directly in emails, and promptly answer any questions I ask (even if the answers are somewhere in the iPostal documents). I strongly caution anyone considering this company. On two separate occasions, my mail was delayed by 40 days. Some mail was not even posted unless I went in person. After my concerns went unanswered, I filed a complaint, and they attempted to remedy the situation by giving me a year free. Later, when packages went missing again, I raised the issue in good faith to help them improve. Instead of accountability, they shifted blame to Staples. In February 2025, I filed formal complaints with the BBB and the State Attorney General. The matter was resolved in March. Believing things would improve, I purchased two new boxes and paid a full year in advance ($280). I asked that my existing documents be used to avoid another $50 notary fee. Shockingly, the very next day I received a letter stating my service was cancelled—no refund—and filled with language implying they had no obligation to provide a reason and could retaliate simply because I complained. This action was taken by an employee named Adam Gonzales, whose conduct was retaliatory, unprofessional, and abusive of customer trust. Bottom line: do not trust this company. They retaliate against complaints, refuse refunds, and fail to handle mail reliably.

I lost mail and contacted them and they never responded. I then filed with the FTC and State Attorney Generals Office and they called pretending to be concerned. A day later, they were scum, mocking my complaint,harassing me and created fraudulent charges.

I use ipostal to forward the package from Europe to other country, they charge me $70 euros to forward my package through DHL, they never provide a tracking number, and 30 days later I receive a notice from DHL that my package was lost, I ask how I could claim it, and they answer that the only person can claim the package is a sender, I request ipostal the file the claim, they ignore my request, they denied the error, they say I have to claim it directly with DHL, i've been ignored, and never receive a solution from customer service, be advised before you use the service company.

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable.
