This is my first time using this service. To set up all the process was a little bit stressful
Customer service was clear and resolved my need. I was unable to figure out how to get a package filled with letters opened up for my review of each letter. David@ customer service explained, and progress is being made. So far so good although it appears that I may need more than 6 images due to large amount of mail in the one package.

I signed up via Tailor Brands so I've had issues logging in outside of Tailor Brands. It took a while, but I finally found a work around. Outside of logging in I do love this.

I received a very important letter, that had to be mailed to me while I was in Europe.
I did not have any idea of how to do it from my computer. I called customer support and a very professional, patient and efficient agent helped me do it in about 15 minutes.

I like using ipostal1 knowing that all my mail and packages are secure. I never have to worry about porch pirates again and feel their fees are very reasonable.
It's great but the app doesn't really work consistently so I have to log in to the web browser to read mail. Not a huge deal but would be great if it were available more often

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Our goal is to make this process fast and easy.
As stated on our FAQs page, some mail centers are able to approve your 1583 form in-store, removing the need for a notary; however, if they do not, you are asked to use an online notary service to get your form notarized, for which you are charged a fee of $25. The use of the online notary helps to protect both you and your mail center from fraud.

It is extremely disappointing that there isn't a local number available, therefore, I had to upgrade to a toll free number.
I was told, I cannot try again without giving up my current number.
This has caused a hault in my business and I will be discontinuing my services soon.

Our Office Plans provide you with a fax line and a phone number. Depending on the plan that you select, you can even choose a toll-free number. While you cannot select the exact number that you are provided with, you will be provided with options narrowed down by state, area code, or zip code. Depending on the filter that you choose, phone numbers that we can provide may have limited availability.
You are always able to add additional phone lines to your plan for an additional fee.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment.
