Their scanning is very poor. I received someone else's mail and was charged and charged again to scan my mail. I requested scan for another piece of mail, and the request sat for a week. I had to call the headquarters. I Finally got my mail scanned, but it was only one side of a two-sided letter. They should change their name to I postal ZERO.
I had been receiving someone else's mail but they fixed the problem.
Only one trial letter so farand scanning was perfect. Much better that my years at Mailit4U in Bath Maine.

It has been one of the most horrible experience ever. It really shouldn't take much to open an online postal box. But due to lack of quality customer service, it has been a delay in getting an ipostal account active. I definitely wouldn't refer any of my friends and family members.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect.

Mailbox moved because Staples closed down. They addressed properly and fixed my experience.
IPostal1 is absolutely the best service to create a physical business address.
Best experience so far. No issues at all. Easy and convenient to use.
I didn't have an "experience" per se. I just needed to send in an updated insurance card.
I haven't really used the service yet to it's full capability, but I do plan to. It's actually a great service so far, but I can only truly give a 3-Star review because I've only just set up the company! They have lot's of options for location and it's a pretty easy setup process, so do consider iPostal1 for your virtual mailbox! Thanks guys!
Got 1 mail so far, and they were not able to locate my mail when I came to pick up. That evening I saw my mail disappear and shows that it is picked up! So no idea what to do now about that mail since I don't have proof that there's a mail for me.

Good experience with getting setup for business mailing address since my business is in my home.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period.
