Satisfactory overall experience. Price is good and service is exactly what I needed.
Great communication and ease of use! I have had very little issues navigating the website and scheduling a pick up for my 1st item that arrived was very easy to do.
It's amazing especially for someone homeless or car camping and also it is very private.
I have not had much activity yet with the service. I'm assuming it will be fine.
I was disappointed to be in line to be helped, The guy behind the desk helped two people who came in after I did. Basically ignored standing in front of the line. Then had to wait while he searched through a box of mail to find my mail. I'm a little worried. Hope this isn't the standard of care that I will receive in the future.

Every thing was great! It was my first time using them. CS walked me through the process, explaining everything for better understanding. The location explain the process of receiving my mail. I love it!

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.
