It would be great if there was an option where all mail is opened and the first page scanned, then we could pay a fee to scan the rest of the pages. It is sometimes difficult to know whether the mail is spam or not, just looking at the envelope exterior. Thanks

Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup, the details for which can be found on our Pricing page. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.

I've had nothing but a great experience! I receive emails with scans of my mail and clear instructions on what I can do with them (e.g. Shred, schedule pickup, etc.). When I went and picked up some mail for the first time last week, I was blown away by the level of customer service I received from the busy associate working at the location. She greeted me immediately and helped me as quickly as possible. I didn't know customer service that stellar still existed! It was refreshing! Happy and satisfied customer here! :)
Both the notification of a letter or package on the app and email, and the convenience to pick up my mail, is excellent!

Next, Jeff opened a shipping store and was able to take advantage of shipping discounts obtained from all the major carriers. He came to better understand the shipping industry, and in 2007, he revised his business approach to focus on renting Digital Mailboxes and forwarding packages to remote international clients. In 2013, with that space attracting the attention of new and much larger players, the company pivoted and repurposed its Digital Mailbox platform.
Jeff launched iPostal1 in 2015 and built the company on what has been an extraordinarily successful business model.
