There have been no issues. All is well with iPostal. So far, the service is as expected and very convenient.
I love the service, but the cost to shred or scan is a little high. Other than that, I am very happy. The cost of monthly service is very affordable to keep my home address private.

Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, shredding, and scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.

I am writing in response to your satisfaction survey regarding the iPoste1 application. I would like to share the difficulties I encountered while using this application.
Access Issues: I experienced recurring problems accessing the services of iPoste1. The application was constantly blocked, making it impossible to complete any necessary procedures.
Unsuccessful Contact Attempts: I tried to contact your customer service several times via email, but I never received a response. I then used the online chat, but again, it did not work.
Unanswered Cancellation Request: I sent a cancellation request via chat, but I never received a response. It seems that communication did not work either.
Unjustified Charge: Despite never being able to use your services, I was charged. This seems unfair, especially since I never accessed the services I paid for.
However, I would like to highlight that the interactions I had with your team were always courteous and professional. Your team has been friendly, which is appreciated.
I kindly ask you to consider these remarks and explain why I was charged despite never being able to use your service.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment.
