While, the USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf, we keep your information private, and if your digital mailbox is being used for business purposes, your personal name associated with it is kept private as well.

Excellent,everything went as advertised.I had a USPS box in Eugene for almost 50 years.The cost went up every year and the service went down.I finally decided to make the change.
I do wish that I wouldnt be surprised with a $2 fee just to pick up my mail everytime I go, in addition to the mothly sub I pay. That was a surprise. Other than that I am thankful for your services and thank you for the support

Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website. Please understand why we charge for optional services like scanning mail content, shipping, or picking up mail. Our pricing strategy is to keep the monthly mailbox price as low as possible and charge for optional services when customers use them. If we included more ‘free’ services in the monthly fee, the monthly fee would have to go up, and people who don’t use these services would have to pay more for no benefit.
Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge at most mail address locations. Pickup pricing does vary by location, and details on pickup fees are available by each address listing on our Locations page. When picking up letters, the pickup fee is for any number of letters. There is a pickup fee for each package.
You always have the option to move your digital mailbox to another iPostal1 address, where you are only charged to pick up packages, not letters. We can make this simple and fast.

The iPostal app is great. It allows me to see what mail is there waiting for me and the experience walking into Sumner postal every time is stellar, You don't expect to be impressed walking into a store that specializes in mailboxes and delivery but I love walking in there. I don't go in very often but after the second time in the guy behind the counter remembered my name, and whenever I go in regardless of who is there it's a great experience.
The individual was nice but I felt rushed when he was helping me change my password( he didn't wait to see if I did the process correctly). I figured it out.

Next, Jeff opened a shipping store and was able to take advantage of shipping discounts obtained from all the major carriers. He came to better understand the shipping industry, and in 2007, he revised his business approach to focus on renting Digital Mailboxes and forwarding packages to remote international clients. In 2013, with that space attracting the attention of new and much larger players, the company pivoted and repurposed its Digital Mailbox platform.
Jeff launched iPostal1 in 2015 and built the company on what has been an extraordinarily successful business model.
