I lost my money for this site before and now I lose my money for doctorunlock too.
I was hooked twice by the same pickpocket. Poor me :(.
Don't trust any positive comments for these 2 sites.
This is an outright fraud! I reported to BBB, FTC, FBI, for fraud! Not sure which can help but it's worth a try just to make life a little more difficult for this scam artist of a company! They quote a small price then quadruple it once they get the first part of your money!
I was skeptical about this service because my phone is not fully paid, but I needed it during my travel. It takes some time (more than week) and when I got a message from a team, I immediately checked my phone and it was fully unlocked. After making some reasearch I can say that iPhoneIMEI.net offers cheapest service and moreover they do their job! So, later I ordered two more unlocking and it was done faster than first one. I do suggest this website!
As others have said, this is an obvious scam on a few levels; bait and switch then failure to fulfill. The pricing structure is not at all clear and ramps up as they fail to deliver. First the price was £19.99. Then the £19.99 was a pre-purchase price and an additional £30.00 was required to complete the unlock brining the total to £49.99. During the wait time an offer to go to the head of the queue was offered for another £9.99 (which I did not pay). A couple days later they send out an email advising the unlock could not be completed and provide a dubious excuse.
There are reputable phone unlocking services on the internet so there is no need to gamble with iPhoneIMEI.net
Ordered a unlock, they stated that it was $28 initially. Then emailed me a couple of days later stating that I need to pay more
"please make the final unlocking payment, as stated prior to payment, of £49.99."
This wasn't clear AT ALL prior to the purchase. These are people that would prostitute their own mothers to make a dollar. STAY AWAY
I installed my SIM card and phone worked fine and 3 days later you sent me notifications that phone was unlocked, not saying that your not a worthwhile service but maybe you can check to see if phone is already unlocked before charging for a service that was already done. I take responsibility for my own part $28.00 lesson
I had requested an iPhone) plus sprint network unlock, it took 5 business days to complete the order, which is not bad. IPhone was clean and it was still under sprint network which it helped to get the code done!
Very easy explained instructions to unlock the device. Everyday I kept track of the order and finally was completed I'm satisfied.
Thank you
This is a scam of the highest proportion. They set you up with a good price and then send you an email that your unlock is ready but you need to pay a hefty price for it to be released to you. And oh! The first money you paid, it cannot be refunded to you because it is "pre-order", whatever that means. It is just like the NIgeria 419 scam but this time perpetrated from UK. Don't ever do business with this company or your money is gone
Stay away from this site. These guys are newest and biggest frauds on the web. They have a very systematic way of blocking your device and taking you on a ransom to pay more and more and screw with you.
They say your phone is permanently unlocked, when it actually is not. Contacting them is of no use as they don't respond. They promptly send emails when they want more money. Common reasons, carrier cost went up.
I would give less than one star if I could. This site promises to unlock your phone in 30 days or they will give you a refund. This is a lie.
It has been more than 30 days. My phone has not been unlocked and there has never been an update to its status. I have emailed them twice to request a refund. They just ignore the emails. They also have a fake review site giving them 9.5/10 stars. That site is a scam.
iphoneimei.net is SCAM service. First when you entering your imei number they says icloud Unlock is possible then ask you to pay 19 pounds then they says OK we checked your imei number unlock is possible please pay 30 pounds in addition. Then on 3rd day they says that your imei number is blacklisted and not possible to unlock and suggest you to use premium unlock service which will be available shortly and "refunding" your money to your email as a voucher for their "services" (lol)
This is not only scam this is real online criminal activity why UK or US cyber security authorities are closing their eyes to this criminal? May be they has special "subscription" from their services... corruption everywhere...
Excellent service
I waited for two day then my phone was unlocked automatically.
I couldn't believe it was so sweet simple I didn't have to do nothing to the phone just inserted a sim card and work perfectly.
The whole thing is a scam.
Ordered iCloud Activation unlock without much thought (stupid me) and only realised afterwards when I had time to research further that it really was sketchy as thought it was initially. The type of order I had in particular noted 1-3 days for the unlock and on the 3rd day they sent an automated reply saying it was lost/stolen whereas in fact it was not and offering a voucher for the next purchase and 'premium unlock' services.
I was able to get a refund by contacting them asking for a full refund or I would open a transaction dispute with my bank. I received a straight up refund with no email reply so anyone in a similar situation should check their transaction history a few days later and expect no reply from them.
They guaranteed it from the start, but it got more and more pricey as we went along, constantly asking for another bit of money. It started out at $28, then they asked for more money ($66) and then they asked for another payment down the road ($60). All in all I spent close to ~$160. If I did not pay the increases it then it would have taken even longer. The whole process took like 20 days to complete. They said it could take up to 30 days on their website so my time was in line with their normal estimates. However originally they talked me up saying it would only take a couple days.
When I reached out to their customer support I was met with cold comments such as "your timelines are within reason for our services" so I was left in the dark as to how long I would actually take, left in the dark with how much more they were going to ask from me.
Would I do it again? NOPE!
I would post no starts if possible.
Don't trust these people. I ordered an unlock paid $147USD and no service. Been 5 weeks. 2 weeks ago they posted this:
**This unlock is taking a little longer than usual - sorry. We are chasing this IMEI for you and have prioritised it. We will email you and update your status accordingly when it is unlocked.**
Unlocks are done on a first come, first served basis. You can now jump to the top of the queue with our FastTrack service for just £9.99
Have sent multiple emails asking them to complete order or issue refund. NO RESPONSE!
Those guys are the worst, at first time they ask for $28, after a week they ask for another $66 more, a week later they ask for another $60. In case you dont pay, they increase the those prices exponentially and youll have the risk of lose the payments you already did. I paid close to $160 to obtain after 25 days my device unlocked. It was painful experience, even more take in to account that recently in my country I found a company that unlock devices from TMobile for only $100 with instant results.
Unlock takes long to get done, at first charged 20 pounds but they don't let you know is just a downpayment, a week later they tell you the unlock is ready but need to complete the payment for like 400% more money than the first payment, if they tell you this at front I would never done it with them as unlock service can be obtained faster and a lot cheaper some where else.
During order process nowhere are you advised that you´re only paying for a preorder, nor that later you´ll have to pay an additional even a higher price to complete the service, I looked prior at some reviews and somehow they have some positive reviews, maybe written by their own people, but please be advised, it´s a ripoff, don´t waste your money
They emailed confirmation they would be able to unlock a Straight Talk phone after demanding more money and were very quick to reply. However were unsuccessful and lied about the phone having outstanding payments or being stolen - neither of which are true and impossible as Straight Talk is a PAYG Service! They subsequently ignore communication and have not sent a refund. Do not use!
Answer: No they don't. They just take your money and not unlocked anything.
Answer: Nobody, friend
