Applied to get phone unlocked on the 30/01/2020, payment was taken out of acc, but no confirmation or any sort of reply to this day. Emailed them a couple of days ago and still no contact from them. I'm so disappointed and just want my money refund.
It is a scam. Unlockriver took my money and only after payment was sent, they said it would take 15-25 business days. I needed it sooner, so requested a refund and they refuse to pay my money back and are rude in communication.
Unlock River was professional and prompt in their communication with me through the whole process. Even when I was having challenges with the unlocking, they were patient and helpful and courteous until it was resolved. Would use again without reservation.

When I first took a website like this, suspicions were all over while I was simply desperate for dealing with this locked situation. I was so desperate that I couldnt resist ordering for the codes.
A couple of days later, I received it, and it successfully worked as it was supposed to.

Unlock River did exactly what they said they were gonna do, in a timely fashion. It only took 5 days for them to unlock my IPhone. It's also great they have 24-hour support, so you can email them at any time of day and they'll respond quickly. Great Service. Highly recommendable.

I'm very appreciative for my service with y'all. I was told that my phone could not be unlocked at the local unlock shop so I decided to go on YouTube to check if there was another way. It was a little pricey for an unlock, but at the end of the day I'm thankful us were available.

They are super helpful in all the ways. I was very suspicious about this page because I thought it was a scam but it really isn't! The only problem is the price but it's really worth it. I was skeptical, but I tried it. My iPhone 6 was locked with AT&T and now I can easily use it with an Italian courier. Customer support is amazing and they always reply very soon. Reliable, trustful service worth the money!

I been searching high and low for a company to help unlock my phone after watching a video on YouTube. I knew they was is the best fix my unlock my phone. I order the service and in two today I had my unlock code! I am very pleased at how they was there to answer all of my questions
I paid for the unlock code for my phone which arrived by email a couple of days later. After trying, unsuccessfully, to unlock my phone I sent an email to UnlockRiver. I received a response within a day or less with further instructions. After a couple more emails back and forth and still unable to unlock my phone I was provided instructions on how to receive a refund. Even though I was unable to provide everything requested for the refund a day or so later Paypal notified my that I had received the refund. Very good customer service and very prompt. I predict this business will do great.
