I ordered a DVD with a seller on IOffer. Took the money no problem. Said the item was sent and to check tracking. The tracking showed nothing. I wrote seller 3 times that item didn't arrive - 2 weeks after I was suppose to get my item. Here was the suspicious part besides the tracking being bogus, the seller never responded. I wrote Ioffer - they sent seller a email with cc to me. Seller never responded. But even though seller never answered them they do nothing - nada. I went to PayPal about my purchase - they reviewed and returned my money. Please stay away from IOffer - they offer nothing but con artists.

I ordered 1 item initially to test it out it arrived on time and item was OK so decided to take a chance and order 5 more and different items from sellers with the best ratings even paid by PayPal and 3 items I never received and I received a notice to say the sellers were no longer trading on ioffer I contacted PayPal and still have not received money back as the sellers can't be traced... the 2 items I did receive the quality was so bad with loose stitching and the worst faux leather... do not use this site... I would give aliexpress 5stars in comparison to this site

Please avoid this website completely. Do not be enticed by the low prices and high quality replicas. You will pay for the items and never receive them. THE 5 STAR RATINGS AND REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE. Cheap is expensive. You are better off spending more in a reputable online store. Don't learn the hard way, take my word for it. Take a look at the screenshots

I am very upset and pissed off and the same time, I placed the order on the 5th of March 2017, I got the message that my parcel has been shipped: estimate time for delivery will be on the 19 march to 09 April 2017. Well I was okay with it. Get the massage says will receive my parcel on the 14 March 2017, was very happy because I was not expected the parcel. I wait and wait NOTHING. I sent text to the seller the was feedback at all. The due date has been passed today is on the 11 April 2017 no parcel nothing at all. I sent another text asked for the refund. No feedback even know.

I think that there will be trustworthy salesmen on Ioffer.com, but there are also a lot of scammers. For example, I have placed an order with the seller who calls himself "luckiness9527". He has received my money, but refuses to send the product. After I filed a complaint with the helpdesk, I was informed that "luckiness9527" would send the item within 24 hours. More than a week later, however, it had still not been sent. However, a confused story of seller "luckiness9527", that the credit card payment would not have been safe. Weird, because I always use it and the amount was already debited from my credit card.
"luckiness9527" is an example of a scammer on Ioffer.com, which unfortunately gives the site a negative image. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SELLER "luckiness9527"

After contacting my credit card company and requesting a chargeback from this company as well as leaving negative comments about them on this site I was contacted by the seller advising he wad going to resend the correct order, after numerous emails it soon became apparent that this was just a further scam as after repeated requests for a tracking number nothing was forthcoming. It appears that nothing can be trusted on this site.

I have had a good and a bad transaction so far... My first was a necklace from a great seller on iOffer- No problem at all.

My second was a belt with a bogus tracking number that was never shipped. The seller reponded to part of the question, when he felt like it. I then cancelled the transaction and I am now disputing with Paypal- trying to get my $ back.

Two weeks ago I bought a wallet, and the USPS delivered to the wrong address. I have my hands tied because it is up to the sender to file a dispute of delivery through China Post, which then files a claim with the USPS. The seller has been helpful and seems honest but I dont know what the outcome will be- I think I may be out some $.:-(

This is fraudulent site. IOFFER allows fraudsters with false reviews, to make their business. IOFFER doesn't publish negative reviews publicly. Help team answers are formal and useless. I was lucky by getting a refund from PAYPAL, but not from a seller - no item, no refund! Do not buy from this site!
Be Aware!

I am absolutely appalled at the service, or lack there of, when it comes to this seller, "natural2016!" I ordered a bag and the funds were automatically deducted from my account. One might think, GREAT, it's on its way! But NO! I received three messages from this seller saying that I still needed to pay for the bag even though my bank had already paid them. I then cancel my order, since this is obviously very shady! Now I am getting a message saying that the seller refuses to issue me a refund and they have not sent me the bag. No wonder there are so many complaints on BBB's website as well as online. I will never do business with this site again! Like they say, when a person has a bad experience with a business, they tell 10 people, who tell 10 people, so on and so on. Believe me, I will be telling more then 10 people. This borders on being criminal because basically this seller has stolen from me! I wonder how many others they have stolen from!

I have been ordering from this site for over a year and i love it. You have to the seller's REVIEWS before you place a order. There are some scams. I got scammed one time and the seller is no longer listed. Ever since then, I check the seller's history and reviews before any purchases. It does take a while for you to get your products but it is worth it. Most of the stuff isn't too expensive anyway, so when i got scammed, i was mad but i was also glad it was only a few bucks.

Look this is plain and simple. These asian people use this site to sell fakes and knockoff designer items. Sure, good concenpt considering real designer stuff is so expensive BUT these fake knockoff items are HORRIBLE QUALITY. They are gross. Some of the stuff has an odor, doesn't look anything like the photographs and falls apart entirely too easily. If you buy a fake from this site, you might as well be wearing a big sign on your head that says "sucker!" because anyone with half a brain would know their products are fake and poor quality.
Not to mention... this is one of several ways that China is making so much money out of us Americans while our own economy goes down the drains.
