You will hear more people complain about $#*! than praise it. I got what paid for 3x. Like some stupid idiots here I'm not going to spend $100 or $1000 of dollars on something I can't see in real life. If you compare the prices of the products on ioffer to what you purchase in a highly marked up product in a western country you are paying peanuts. Just remember most things are made at low cost in china now like iPods iPhones and designer clothes (American Olympic Uniforms) and then sold in your country by huge western corporations with a huge profits by marking the prices up 100 to 1000%. Which I think is a rip off. So I'm fine with buying low cost items here. Just be aware who you deal with.

I opened an account on ioffer.com about a year ago, as an alternative to selling on eBay. It ranks amongst the worst decisions I ever made. First off, they will charge you $20 upfront to 'pay for
Your selling commissions' rather than pay-as-you-go like other sites. Good luck getting that back if you decide to close your account.

I found their site to be very ineffective, very few sales compared to other sites like eCrater, Bonanza and Webstore, and when I decided to close my account and get the remainder of my balance returned, I get no response from their customer service (You could call it customer service if they gave you any, so I guess I shouldn't call it that). I'm going to end up having to file a complaint with the BBB to get my lousy $10 back.

STAY AWAY!

The tracking # isn't fake, it is just that since the package is overseas, and hasn't made it to the U.S. so the website isn't always a scam. I ordered a pair of Jordan 4's, and the tracking number has moved significantly. My seller is Tibella 567 and he responds to all texts.

Do not use this site and, more importantly, DO NOT order anything from wshjt15. This person is a scam and will not send your merchandise. I ordered a pair of shoes on February 28,2016 and paid for them. On April 17,2016 I still have not received the merchandise that I ordered and paid for months ago. The Seller makes excuses for why your order has not arrived and claims you need to be patient because it takes 15-28 days to receive your merchandise. It has been well over 28 days and I still do not have my merchandise. If I could rate "0" stars I would.

DO NOT Purchase any thing from this site. I purchase one purse from this site. I got a call from hackers on 2nd day of my purchase with iOffer. I strongly believe that they sale consumer data to hackers. More over purse which I order was defective. I reported problem in item. Seller used really bad words in reply with me.

I ordered my item on September 5th and the seller told me that he would ship my item within 3 days. The following Monday the item i ordered still hasn't been shipped so i messaged the seller and he didn't respond than a couple of days later his shop had disappeared from the site completely but it ended up coming back online. Today on the 19th i got an email from him saying to contact pay pal to request a refund (i contacted them last week and they told me to wait until the 22nd to call them back) moral of this story is DO NOT order from ioffer

Seller amazing 689 is a scam. He keeps messaging me the items are on the road but nothing is. We should take legal action, we are ripped of our money. Search steven nerayoff, he is responsible for the website, he encourages scam and fraud, you can find him on instagram or facebook, pretending to be an entrpreneur and bussines man

I purchased an item via ioffer for $550 and the seller, IRONMAN2010, cancelled the transaction right after it was paid for via Amazon Payments. He even acknowledged receipt of the payment.

He had a decent feedback rating so I felt safe dealing with him despite another complaint similar to this one. I think ioffer feedback is rigged. He never communicated with me after acknowledging receipt of my payment and ioffer won't do anything about it. All they did was kick the seller out, but they didn't care at all about me and will do nothing to help me track him down. I will try and take him to small claims court.

I tried many options but am just screwed. What a scam! NEVER, EVER use ioffer! You'll most likely get scammed and ioffer couldn't care less.

Stick to Ebay. This won't happen with them.

I am a collector of rare TV shows from the 70s and 80s - and iOffer has the biggest catalogue of these TV shows - it's incredible, they have stuff even I have forgot existed.

Unfortunately, it's a mine-field.
While half the time, the sellers will ship you a decent product - the other half of the time they will either send you DVDs with terrible video quality or sometimes they won't deliver them at all.

In one case, I finally recieved my order, sent from China, 8 months after I ordered!

If it's a TV show you can't find anywhere else, I'd say iOffer is worth the risk.
But if you can find it elsewhere, buy elsewhere.

I do all my shopping online. For the first time I used the company "ioffer" I dont recommend this company to anyone. I ordered 2 shoulder bags and 1 NIKE school bag. I received only 2 items out of the 3. Out of the 2 items received, the Zip of the school bag was broken. I will never shop with ioffer again. I tried every possible way, but couldn't contact any of the sellers. This company should be banned.

Really, I need a code sent to my phone to prove who I am? No thank you. I tried to place an ad on their website and the code they sent didn't work. So I emailed them and they said I needed a smart phone to use their website.
That is really stupid, don't they understand that not everybody on the planet owns or can afford a smart phone? Dingbats, is the only thing I can say about them.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, from 'youarevip', the seller sent the items to the wrong address, as a result the items were returned to the seller, and Ive been waiting on my refund since November 2015. Ive contacted iOffer many times only to receive a generic scripted e-mail response, iOffer will not intervene on my behalf even though the seller is on its website. I will NEVER order anything from youarevip again, beware of this seller.

I ordered a purse that was listed as 100% leather. I took the extra step to email the shop owner t confirm that it was indeed 100% cow leather and not vinyl or pu leather or plastic etc. He assured me it was 100% leather. It took 2-3 weeks for me to get the purse only to get a cheap plastic purse. Definitely NOT leather. And not only is it a cheap vinyl it's not even a gook vinyl. I could have gone to a swap meet and got a better quality purse for $10. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. This was my 1st purchase on iOffer and it will be my last. I have filed a complaint and request for a refund on paypal and on iOffer. I am prepared to go to battle, which is what I expect. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy anything on this website. It's cheap crap.

Ordered an item after receiving assurances from seller it would be the exact item in the ad. It wasn't. Not only won't the seller correct the obvious act of dishonesty, IOFFER itself doesn't care. Look at the website. You can't contact them by email, only by snailmail. IOFFER itself could care less if you get your item or if its the correct item.
