This site is definitely not the best I've ordered from them a few times nothing big! I'll never spend over $20 bucks because your probably won't receive your items! My husband has ordered also an his very 1st order was never received an he paid well over $60 for some shoes. So not trust worthy site definitely and be careful with your cc info. I think they need to be stopped either start doing paypal or some type of monitoring so people won't be completely at a lost! Because if there is no Customer service to report to what's the point! These people are smart and they have been for years now. So we as consumers have to be smart with them and not purchased there phoney product. Now some of these sellers aren't bad but if you've gotten ripped off I would stick with 1 maybe 2 sellers that's it. I HAVE USED THIS SITE TO BUY A JEANS FOR THE FIRST TIME FOR MY HUSBAND SINCE NOV UPTILL NOW NO JEANS, THE SELLER NAME IS FAYANGCAI, PLEASE EVERY ONE SHOULD BE AWARED, UP TILL NOW XMAS HAS PASSED NO JEANS NO REFUND BACK TO MY ACCT ONLY MESSAGE ME AGAIN TO PAY SECOND TIME INVOICE, HOW CAN I GET BACK MY MONEY?

OK-we know-replica a/k/a fakes. But-some of them can be quite good and if you're only buying a nylon coat filled with down what does it matter? I bought 3 puffer coats from 3 different sellers on ioffer. Two Monclers of different styles, and a 'Burberry'. From the outside they all looked amazing-every design detail. But none of them have ANY real down in them. They are ALL filled with polyester fibers. The same stuff in kids comforters or sleeping bags. I had read the reviews online before I purchased, went to extraordinary lengths to protect my financial transactions, and waited. The sellers were cordial, helpful, and professional and everything arrived on time. There must be a law against using real down or even feathers in China because all of these coats from different, very highly reviewed sellers were filled with HEAVY polofil. I saved money buying the replicas but honestly? They aren't as warm and the 'Burberry' weighs a ton. The black shell fabric feels a bit like upholstery. They are technically perfect replicas though. I will say that the Moncler puffers are at least lighter in weight because the pocketing for the filling is more open so they can fool you with the polofil. The Burberry has alot of details and the smaller pocketing (quilting) adds more stitching and it's like lead. Of course you can't return them nor re-sell them on ebay because they are fakes and nobody wants a fake 'down' coat that is heavy with polyester filling. VERY disappointed and please be warned.

Okay this is a hit and miss site!
Many of the sellers are fine folk, honest and just doing what they know best BUT then there are absolute bastards who con you.
When you complain ioffer.com does NOTHING!
They simply hold up their hands and say "We are merely a selling platform".
The thing is they are a platform/stage for fraud and they are well aware of it.
I have reported them to numerous people (The FBI internet unit, Consumer groups etc) and yet still they are doing what they do best... turning a blind eye while people are being robbed!
If you use your visa you will suddenly get more junk mail and sadly maybe even your card will be copied, as soon as I used the site I lost money from my account and it was from a Chinese registered business. Had to claim it all back through my bank insurance. I have been using the internet to buy things since 1997 and NOT ONCE has that happened before using ioffer.com.
The tracking info for parcels is fake, many are just numbers linked to no where or it will say the info has not been registered as it is too soon, but still it does not show.
It is a shame as some sellers are good people, but how can you tell?
Not all the reviews are shown, ioffer.com always says they will remove the bad seller but they either don´t or they do and the seller comes back under their other listed store name. MANY of the stores are the same people.
Returns are almost not available as it costs more to ship back than to buy most items, the sellers normally ignore any bad feedback or problems you ave anyway.
It is a relative pirate sort of store, there be bad uns! Hiding behind the kindly written adverts.
SO STAY AWAY! Or if you like a risk go for it, pot luck so to speak :o)

Where do i began my first purchase was a pair of shoes they arrived 2 months later wrong size...second order was supposed to be a nice thick coat it was plastic and complete crap for 35$ nonthing like the pictures..third order was a pair of fake uggs boots never received that purchase so i had to contact my cc company to refund me becasue there is Absoulutely no way to complain or inquire about a refund or anything...they have options to chat with the sellers who are very fraudulentand deceiving but not a option to contact customer service..the fourth time i was stupid enough to try my luck again and purchase a 20$ item a alert came to my phone saying that a 200$ transaction was declined thru my mango prepaid card so needless to say a 20$ charged turned into a attempted 200$charge thank goodness i was smart enough to use a prepaid card .. that was enough for me to realize that i would never ever ever deal with this site again..
There are nonthing but red flags when it comes to ioffer.com...Buy at your own risk and only use a prepaid card that you do not use for anything else because you will be scammed out of your hard earned money

This seller "anon******* " did not send the item I bought and paid for and after thousands of messaging he refused to refund or send my order. IOFFER DOES NOT HAVE BUYER PROTECTION SO NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. SELLER CAN GET YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND Anything TO YOU AND NO REFUND AND YOU CAN NOT COMPLAIN TO ANYYYYYWHERE!

Filed complaint with paypal and they put item in dispute and I get refund many cases.

I just leave negative transaction for 366xiha and when I go to look it-It`s suddenly good transaction! I write that I get nothing and beware, paypal refund me-and suddenly it`s 4-stars rate!
Now I learned that you can`t trust ratings! They change it! I`m angry because I never left positive if I get nothing and dispute a claim!
