IOffer does not protect its customers from fraud and dishonest sellers, not to mentioned refunds. IOffer may claim that they are an authentic and safe website for e-commerce to buy and sell, but they are all fake and they do not do according do their policies and leave customers vulnerable to frauds and high risks of being scammed. Many sellers are from China, and they definitely fake their ratings and reviews that are too good to be true. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Stop buying from ioffer.com its merely pure scam! I had purchased from ZHANG YI (real name) and using ZHENYONGXONG021 on IOFFER. I had puchased from this seller a watch and the above named had given me tracking number that the parcel was being shipped in the USA. I emailed the ZHANG YI that im not from USA. Waited for few weeks until i cannot track the parcel anymore. And until now i was not able to get what i had paid for.DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY ON IOFFER MAKE A SECURE PAYMENT LIKE PAYPAL IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECOVER THE MONEY YOU PAID FOR THIS SCAMMERS!

I read the reviews on this site and I must write with honesty. I made a purchase and within 5 minutes after my purchase I read reviews. I was a new member and I did not see the "customers review" tag. Well, I clicked and I learned I most likely was not purchasing an authentic item. I quickly contacted the seller and I asked about the authenticity of the merchandise I had just purchased. The seller responded promptly and told me. I requested a refund - I did not want to purchase irregular/not authentic merchandise and I explained that to the seller. The seller promptly returned my money (I paid by PayPal) and the transaction was cancelled. I am sorry for those who had bad experiences with IOffer - I guess I was one of the few fortunate ones whose monies were returned without any hassles. Although my monies were returned without any hassles, I must give it a one star because of the fact the quality of the merchandise was not stated and it really made me believe I had found the deal of the century. I will not purchase anything from this site only because the sellers do not tell you about the merchandise they are REALLY selling - to be more specific, the sellers are not totally honest with their ads. I wish the sellers would be more up front letting the buyer know EXACTLY what they are spending their hard earned money on and I wish the sellers were not deceitful in their advertising.

In March of this year I order a keyboard from oldtaxstore located on the iOffer website. I had tried several other more popular sites but my computer is quite old and finding parts are not always that easy. So when I saw that Mr. Davidson (oldtaxstore) had the keyboard I needed, I ordered it. Yes, I checked into his reviews but on the iOffer site, had I checked elsewhere then I would have known not to order from this website.
It is now July and I have never received the keyboard nor has he returned the $25.29 I paid. In the four months since I paid for my order, I have sent him several emails and I got a couple replies with excuses. I have tried to file a complaint with iOffer which turned out to be a joke. I have a filed a complaint with the BBB and internet crime complaint center(ic3). I figure if enough people who have been scammed by this website, file complaints then maybe it will get looked into or maybe shut down.

In the meantime, if your thinking about ordering from oldtaxstore or iOffer, don't.

I am a seller on I Offer and have been for a long time I Offer is a very unt rusting company ******* customer support and their poor poor customer support hurts me all the time they have charged me so much in $$$$$$$ for seller fees on items I never was paid for by a buyer and then I get neg feedback from buyers most outside the USA that think I as a seller will ship and get paid later I Offer has no customer support at all if I have a problem good luck its my problem for good I Offer away's gets their fees they could care less about their sellers its a wonder they still are in business after all this time

Okay looks like there are SO many feedbacks regarding Ioffer but let me just share my experience, i do get most of my Chanel, Rolex, Gucci whatever mostly out of the boutique, but i do get my replicas from Ioffer for over a year now & now at 60 purchases, i got Exactly what i wanted, i was not scammed, i bought 3 rolex's, 5 emporio armani watches and they were very2 good quality and oh, the handbags & shoes were perfect! ;) Just a piece of advise, whenever i wanna buy, i keep enquring FIRST and i ALWAYS check the feedbacks/reviews! Thats very2 crucial, if not, FORGET it... But the bottomline is, i never once REGRETTED shopping at Ioffer! U can find almost EVERYTHING!

This website is a complete fraud a scam fradulent website, that allowed crooks liars and dishonnest chiness to pose as seller to prey on decent honnest buyers. They misrepresent their listings. Post fake non in stock products just to con you. Once they get your money they don't ship your item 99% of the times. When they do ship it totally different from the listed item or it's of very poor quality not worst 10% of what you were charged. They usually never ship for a week or more that is if they ship you anything at all. I purchase a replica watch and after waiting for ever i received a empty envelope a totally empty envelope not even a package from EMS. The other seller decided not to ship at all closed his store and account on ioffer. Ioffer gives you no help whatsoever getting your money back.and won't take any actions against these low-life chiness crooks who ripped you off and vanished. DO NOT BUY TRADE ON THAT WEBSITE AT ALL NEVER. IOFFER SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN.

I do most of my shopping online and have never had a problem that couldn't be resolved. However, this is the worst online shopping experience EVER. Stay away! Sure, you may be one of the lucky ones that actually gets what they ordered, but if not, good luck on getting your money back or even someone to respond to you. I ordered a blue backpack purse for $40 including shipping. I never received an Order Summary (so I wasn't even sure it was sent). I finally received a black, Chanel knock-off! I was charged $59 (not $40) and when I told Seller I was sent the wrong item they said "Friend, I send you in accordance." The seller wouldn't respond to my emails showing their seller page and the blue purse I ordered. I couldn't login to iOffer to file a dispute and all 6 attempts to contact iOffer resulted in a generic auto reply (it's obvious they didn't read my requests or plea for help). I am now trying to dispute it with PayPal and my credit card, but I wanted to warn potential buyers to stay away from this shady site! And if you want to sell, sell on a reputable site. This site gives online shopping a bad rep. I will be reporting my experience to the BBB.

1. I already knew some negative reviews about this site. However, I bought a bag from a seller who had 99% ratings, since I just read just positive reviews about the seller. Although she or he answered a bag was made of real calf skin leather and it is the same as the pics, it is made of synthetic leather and it is totally different from the pics. Also, it has some flaws. I left my negative rating and review to him or her, but it doesn't release. I don't know the reason why. After then, the seller left negative feedback to me.
2. When I payed for it with my credit card, the message poped up saying "payment failed","try again" several times. After I tried repeatedly, I figured out that all paymenys were charged! I asked the seller and a customer center about this problem. The customer center said to me contact the seller. And the seller didn't answer at all. I managed to fix it by asking help to my bank. The bank cancelled all transaction except one transaction because I purchased only one item. At least 10 days after the bank solved this problem finally, the seller who had never answered my request before left a negative feedback to me like "cheater buyer dispute after got package." Perhaps the seller's negative feedback kept my review from releasing.
3. Ioffer's customer center doesn't help you when you are in need. Most sellers are in China and they don't give real information about items. For example, it might not be true that this is real leather, cashmere, wool or the same as pics. So you can't help reling on customers' positive feedbacks that could survive unlike negative ratings.
