I have bought several things on this website. I usually only buy from verified sellers and have had no problems other then the wait!
I bought some sunglasses and tennis shoes and have not received them in about 7 months, don't get caught up in this fake site
I ordered a bag it never arrived. They wouldn't reply to my messages.
This is a company of scammers. Don't give them your money.
THIS COMPANY OFFERS A PLATFORM FOR FRAUD. THE MAJORITY OF THE RETAILERS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING WITH FALSE SDVERTISEMENT. I GAVE THEM 1 STAR BUT THEY REALLY DON'T DESERVE THIS.
I wish I had checked them out first- poor quality, slow shipping w/ no tracking and blatant take your money and send you nothing rip offs. I have had to get paypal refunds for 2 items where they sent bogus tracking for item delivered to another state- was not my item- sellers will not respond. Never heard from one seller at all- nothing! A "wool" coat was like polyester pajama fleece- way too small too and not even really a coat. (Many people claim photos are different than what they got.) You will see a button for problems with an order, but when you click it you get a message from ioffer that their sellers are independent contractors and they can't do a thing about them, so work it out with them on your own- impossible since they do not reply to messages! If you take the chance make sure to pay by paypal where you have a means to get your money back, but please do not bother ordering. You also need to be aware returning most anything will cost you more than you paid for it as you have to pay for return shipping w/ tracking even if the seller sent you the wrong item or it was defective. Ioffer was my absolute WORST online shopping experience ever. I bought 6 things, 2 were scammers who took money and ran, 2 sent poor quality junk and I am still waiting for the other 2 (no tracking on package if they even sent them) and I will probably also have to file paypal claims. DO NOT shop at ioffer! If you see something you like you can probably find a Chinese seller on ebay with it- will probably cost more but there will be tracking on your shipping and you have recourse if you get ripped off- altho again there may be the same policy where you have to pay to return a seller's mistake. At least with ebay they don't edit out the bad feedback like ioffer does. I highly suspect their feedback is faked.
I bought a dvd of a 1978 made for US tv film that has never been commercially available, unfortunately. This was the only way I could ever find to get a copy. The picture and sound quality were very poor, and it looked like it had been videoed many years before on a poor quality video recorder and was from the Saturday Late Movie, as some of what had been edited-out advert breaks still had a sign saying that. In some ways, I'm glad to have it to be able to see it again, but the poor quality sound and picture take some getting used to. This happened some time ago. I thought at the time that the seller over-rated the quality of it, although I don't remember exactly what rating he gave it. Having read some of these reviews here about people paying for items they never received, I suppose I was fairly fortunate because I actually did receive the dvd, and it came in a white paper sleeve, so no expense spared there. It was also over priced. I've paid a lot less for good quality commercial dvds. After seeing these reviews, I don't think I'll ever make another attempt at buying anything on ioffer.
Update - June 2018 - Having paid an enormous amount of money elsewhere for the genuine set of dvds and having had the company who make them refuse to replace faulty dvds, mess me about, treat me with disrespect and scorn, and act like there couldn't possibly be anything wrong with them, I returned them to the retailer for a refund and bought a copy from an ioffer seller, the only one who even replied at all and to my every question, that included some other relevant dvds for a fraction of the price. I just received them and haven't watched much yet, but so far so good, and I couldn't be happier. You've got to be careful and look at their feedback because the site has many scammers, but there are some good sellers. The company who make the genuine product wanted almost $10 each plus postage to replace the faulty discs, the ioffer seller will replace them for free, no questions asked.
I advise do not buy from this website as I bought an items around 140$ I did not get them and I tried to report a problem although I did not get the items and my money
This is just my opinion only. I ordered the Barbara Eden cd, The price was right and it is a hard album to find. I've seen them from $50 bucks to almost a $1,000 dollars. I don't know where these guys are coming from but it's not worth it to me. I don't pay more than a regular price for a disc. I'm not rich but I do like music. I love the music from the 20's thru the 70's. I saw this Barbara Eden cd for $19.98.My price range, so I ordered it. Two days later It showed up in my mail box. Very quick service. I opened the package and found the case was broken. It did protect the cd and you don't play the case. I can over look that part of it. Now, this is the part I'm disappointed in. I downloaded it on my computer and found that it doesn't down load the titles. It is all Track 1, 2, 3 and so on.The order of the songs on the cd is all mixed up also. They don't follow the order what's on the little pamphlet that came with it. Now I have no titles and their not in order so I have know way of knowing where the songs are. You can't even write in your own titles or at least I can't. With all that said, I do have to give out points and say that the sound is pretty good.At least I have the cd with her picture on the cover. There is a larger fold out photo of her there too.The next question is,'Would I order from them again'. If I found something that I liked and can't find it anywhere but with them and again, under $20.00. I probably would. I would like to thank 'The Music Box' guy for sending it to me. I have to write him a thank you note and mail it to him because I can't find any email address for him.He does have a return address on the package that the cd came in. This is my story and I'm sticking to it as the old song goes.

Dvds from this site? Definstely not. I have purchased from 2 different sellers, both times dvds were copies from recorded devices. My second time around I was careful and paid with paypal. Dvd arrived complete with ads from the chanel it was recorded from. The seller didnt even bother to disguise this by cutting them out. Very poor quality. I opened case with paypal who were generally useless. First they told me to return to buyer via resgistered mail. This would have cost me $28 for a $14 item intetnational post australia to usa. Altetnatively Ip could take dvd to a 3rd party and obtain written confirmation of a copied item. I have no mobility to undertake such things. I am handicapped so this is not an option I could easily undertake. I took the item to 2 large retail shops in a nearby retail centre both of which refused to put in writing that the item was fraudulent. I offered to send dvd direct to paypal. This was not acceptable. All in all a terrible experience. Dvd went in trash and I lost my money and seller refused to correspond. Especially beware if the dvd is listed as "sealed" for a relatively old dvd as this is a dead give away that it is copied. To be safe and not get ripped off and disappointed stay away from buying from this site. No buyer protection. No nothing.
Still nothing from the spineless coward known to iOffers as WorthyTrust!
And NOTHING from any site manager... absolutely disgusting
This site isn't to be trusted at all...
I questioned the seller before I placed my order of the 15-20 day delivery time. He confirmed that it would be 20 days from the day I placed my order. I was concerned about this as it was a wedding present for my husband on August 31 and I was placing my order on August 17 but I decided it would be okay. I placed my order on August 17, we had our wedding and we went on our 2 week honeymoon. I fully expected it to be here when we returned. It was not. I contacted the seller and requested a tracking number so I could track my order. He replied back with "it shipped and you should have your purchase by September 20. September 20 rolled around and we still did not have the order. He informed me that it entered my country on September 29 and that we should have it by October 10. It is now October 30 and I still have not received my order. I have purchased many items from his country as well as Taiwan, Japan, Europe ect... and not one of them has taken longer than 3 weeks. In addition, I placed an order on October 1 from China and received them 12 days later. It has now been 77 days and 2 and a half months since I placed my order. This is unacceptable! I am at this point convinced my order was never shipped. The seller has always been great with communicating back to me but NEVER with any solid information AND I have requested a VALID tracking number numerous times and he always gives me the same one which doesn't work. I tried to get my money back and no one will help AND Paypal only gives you 45 days to dispute an order and get a refund... Past that they won't help you either! Just a heads up. I DO NOT recommend this site to anyone!
This website is a complete fraud please do not order anything from this website you will not receive item they need to be stopped and investigated.
SPENT £25 AND NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEM. WILL NEVER EVER BUY ON HERE AGAIN.
WHEN YOU THEN TRY TO CONTACT THEM THEY DO NOT RESPOND. AWFUL CONDERING ITS SO NEAR TO XMAS AND MONEY IS TIGHT FOR SOME PEOPLE

If no response in the nxt couple of days I intent to contact my atty for his advise. DONT MAKE ANY PURCHASES OF DVDs FROM iOFFER THEYre RUNNIG a scam selling bootleg copies
RD...
BULL! I HAVE CONTACTED THE SELLER BEFORE BUYING AND HE REPLIED INSTANTLY, SO I BOUGHT MY PRODUCT. ORDER NEVER CAME 6 MONTHS LATER AND HE NEVER REPLIED TO ME AGAIN, SHOULD BE STOPPED!
I was a seller on ioffer at two different times. I was an excellent seller who made damn sure the customer was satisfied. Dont forget it's not the website that makes the website good or bad, it's the sellers who make it good or bad. And yes, there are a LOT of rip off sellers who cheat, false advertise, and can be flat out rude. I could list a number of them, but that would be rather tacky wouldn't it?
So my advice to you all is two things. Buy from American sellers and stay away from Asian sellers. They cant speak English hardly at all and are all out for the American Dollars that gullible Americans keep giving them. Read the ad description as best you can, and if you see that the wording looks like a kindergarten student wrote it, you can bet it's not an American.
Secondly, use paypal unless you have had success with a certain seller sending checks or money orders. Paypal is excellent about protecting or refunding ripped off consumers. However, paypal is now cracking down on all sellers (regardless of website) who are NOT selling authentic material. Trust me, many sellers cannot accept paypal any longer because of this. If you paid with paypal, and your merchandise is NOT authentic (and that even goes for copied dvds or cds (dvd-r or cd-r) you can contact paypal's user agreement people by emailing *******@paypal.com and their paypal accounts will be closed PERMANENTLY! They wont even be able to BUY anything for themselves using paypal.
The biggest fault I have with ioffer is that they dont screen their sellers and dont do a damn thing when a customer has a complaint. They always tell you to contact paypal or your local attorney generals office.
You order from these people don't expect to get you package or your money back they will rip you off
Answer: If they are from China, they are fake!
Answer: Not every seller. I ordered 5 items from 5 different sellers and got every item I ordered. I can't speak for everybody, but I was satisfied
