I was having some terrible interviewing experiences while looking for new job as a nurse practitioner. After the course, I became confident, prepared and excited for the opportunity to interview. My interview last week was extremely successful, the company called me back for thr next level of interviewing.

This site, and the experience they offer is invaluable. Entry level is not very expensive, especially for the individual service (tailored report) they give. This company gives a real insight into the interview process and how you can better engage with it. They do not just give suggestions of what could be done, they give you 80% answers that you can tailor to your own experience. A BIG plus are the emails they send out every week, with stories, examples and encouragement to keep you going in these difficult times. These emails lift your spirit, give you hope that you can get through the recruitment process. I am in the UK, and it is very difficult for a service to be successful and which works well on both sides of the channel. Alan's courses and newsletter provide excellent advice and support for most job seekers. I was a subscriber to his newsletters and found them to be very helpful in my search. I took his course on behavioral interview questions and it was a great workshop that helps you nail the most important and frequently asked interview questions so that you can tell high impact stories about your value to hiring managers. Highly recommend his services and course as I just landed a job after a 6mo long search in a very competitive market.

My husbands career has caused us to move quite a few times and I found myself having a hard time gaining employment in our new area. This course is a great, easy to use useful summary of various tips in concise easy to use tools. This formula gives specific answers for you based on an inventory questionnaire which helps give you ideas for your own personalized statements. It gives concrete questions and answers you could use and adapt. The SMART format of answering is well explained.
There are tips for all aspects of the interview from nerves to understanding the interviewers, what to wear etc.
They replied to my specific questions sent by email with quick personal response.
The email updates are interesting and offer more insight.
