Fast and easy. Love the free shipping looked at size chart and picked appropriate size but did not fit. Very sad about that

30 Days and no product has arrived. I have emailed them 5 times and nothing. I am going after my money back and never use this company again.
I am being told order has shipped. I track package & it had been in CA for 2 weeks. I send email & receive the same tracking number.

Only used 5 times and it's dried out, already. Expected to get more use out of this product. Very disappointed in this product. Not worth the cost.
