Simply Ink is my one stop shop for all of my ink cartridge needs - and they last forever! I usually order a few to meet the $55 threshold for free shipping. Each time I have called their customer service they have been professional and knowledgable. They get an A++ in my book!

I ordered from inkcartridges.com for the first time last Sunday and paid $12.99 for a remanufactured HP 60 tricolor with no shipping charges or tax. They send USPS Priority Mail and it came 3 days later. They emailed an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

7/23/14 - I thought I would give an update. The cartridge I purchased was an "LD" cartridge. I've printed with it several times and it's better than any new HP cartridge I've ever used.

1/11/15 - New update. I ordered another cartridge on 11/24 for $17.99 (no shipping charge). On 11/25 my printer died. I emailed about what to do to return it and was told to simply write "Return to sender" and a return authorization number on the package and give it back to USPS. The package arrived at USPS in 11/26. We don't get packages at our address and I was able to get to USPS on 12/4. In the information on the website for returns it stated that a refund would be given 1 to 2 weeks after the package is received at Inkcartridges minus a $4.95 charge for shipping. The package didn't get there until 12/19 possibly because of the holidays. I think USPS returned it parcel post or first class. I received a credit on my account on 1/1. Considering Inkcartridges may have closed 1 to 2 days for Christmas and New Years weeks I think the refund was done in good time. They also refunded the total amount of $17.99. I know the original transaction was free shipping, but didn't know if that included returns.

Sent the wrong cartridge, would not exchange. Wanted me to buy another. Customer service is a joke. I suggest you buy elsewhere. The other four cartridges were old and were hard to get working in my printer. I will never use them again and they certainly did not care about losing a customer.

I received damaged product for 4 ink cartridges from this cheap reseller of a company. I emailed them and asked them what they needed to do a refund. They said, send a photo. I did. They replied they were sending me a refund. Then I threw the ink cartridges away. Then they sent another email later asking for photos of all four ink cartridges - After I had already received an email stating they would do the refund and I had thrown them away. I also contacted my credit card about reversing the charge. They contested it, after they already had proof the product was damaged. I hate these people. You should definitely buy from InkTechnologies.com instead. They are honest, have good customer service. I actually thought I was ordering from InkTechnologies again, but mistakenly got these pricks.

Some ink cartridges fade really quick.

I've been using InkCartridges.com for years. Recently, they mailed me a knockoff to the LD ink cartridges. The new knockoff ink cartridges faded in less than a month (See Pics). Return policy could not be more inconvenient so I didn't bother. Time to go to one of the competitors. I highly recommend finding a different ink supplier!

Ordered 2-16. After contact by email and chat
6x never got any response. Promised 2 to 5 day delivery. No product after 9 days. And no courtesy of response. Cannot comment on quality since I have not gotten my order.

I ordered from this company for the first time last month and the black works great but the color does not work at all! What a waste of money! They suck no response they could not give a $#*! more! Customer service there is no customer service!

Even though they had my correct address on file, they shipped my item to the wrong address. Customer service was useless, as they repeatedly said it was delivered to my door. When I finally tracked down the package myself, I found the toner cartridge to be defective. I shipped it back, as instructed. I never received a credit from them. Thankfully, I purchased through PayPal, and PayPal has agreed to refund my purchase price, even though the seller would not. Never, never deal with these people!

If I was able to give a zero star I would. Purchased a printer drum with next day delivery. The next day I got a defective drum. Called to complain and they said they would send another but not at the next day rate that I paid for. Well guess what... second one was defective. Requested refund and refused to include the extra I paid in postage. Was complete waste of money. Stay away from this company.

Incomplete Order

They shipped my order partially. I don't really have a problem with order errors. They happen. But expecting a customer to pay to expedite the missing product? That's not a good customer service. They chose to take everything back (and pay for the shipping) than to expedite the missing part.

BEWARE!

I should have first read their very poor rating.
I was sent the wrong size ink. Customer Service refused to be accountable and refused to pay for return postage. The ink received is the wrong letters and numbers. I ordered online with the pop down identifying my printer info. Visa refunded us. I am notifying Atty General Customer Protection Bureau.

Buyer beware - stay away
December 10, 2018

I ordered a cartridge. I was told it was to ship between 1 to 4 days. 2 weeks later still not shipped. I called and was told a computer glitch but they would ship today. I asked to speak to a supervisor and have it sent over night. No one ever called back. Called back and was told out of stock but they had a few and would ship today. Not sure what the truth actually is now. Asked for it over night and again was told a supervisor would call back. No one replied back. I called again and was told it shipped and I should have gotten a tracking number. Never got and it was told it was shipped ground. I ordered elsewhere and plan on returning it should they ever ship.

This company is terrible. I am a teacher for over 20 years and teach 40 third graders. I ordered one cartridge and it was fine, ordered double orders two more times and EACH TIME one of the two cartridges DID NOT WORK! Then, I have to waste time contacting and then wait longer to get a replacement. This has happened twice! Awful! I spent so much money - almost $100 of my OWN MONEY because our school system does not pay for ink for individual use! I requested my money back and got the biggest run around EVER! They are sending me (for the 3rd time) a replacement cartridge which takes 1-5 business days! I requested they send two since their track record essentially proves that each time they send me two cartridges, one doesn't work. AWFUL. Also, the rep continued to refer to her "lead" - what a big fat joke. How disgusting that a company is this shallow and is of little to no help. Teachers are underpaid and overworked, but someone has to do it for the children and our future. Makes me sick.

I have been buying samsung printer toners for our 620ND for the past year and paying $160 each. I found the same toners that work on the samsung for $74. I need 4 toners each time and that amounts to $300 savings every 2 months. I cannot believe how much we can be saving.

Brutal Company

If I could give a 0 I would. There website did not accept my new address so they shipped it to my old address. Upon figuring this out I emailed them and they said it was already on the courier so they couldnt/wouldn't call DHL to get it back. They promised a signature required to if it wasn't delivered to me it would be returned to them so they could re ship it to me. The package was left on the steps of my old address and has been taken. Their response to me was to "stalk my old address" and wait to take the item and run away like a common theif. When I asked for a refund, they offered me a 10% and a 15% discount on my next purchase but continue to refuse to deal with the issue. I will never purchase from them again and would strongly advise everyone to stay away. Go to Staples or somewhere that cares about customer service and is reliable.

I had placed an order on the 1/3/2018 and I have not received this order at all. The postal service said they delivered it and I told them that I have seen this order. The postal service didn't care, all they know is that they delivered it. I emailed customer service at InkCartridges and told them that I didn't receive this order and I wanted a refund, they told me that I will be credited by Tuesday 01/16/2018, but for some reason, I am not believing them and I will have to contact Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because this company thinks people like me are not serious about exposing them to the public about how they treat consumers. They will know how I am feeling today. Their actions make no sense and I will get my refund back this week.
