Been trying for a week to talk to someone regarding my order. No one will even call me back and they won't answer their phones. It wasn't like this a year ago.

This company went down hill and am a 20 year customer! Cannot run a computer or invoices! Orders taking a month! Sadly this is not a good place after the AI got a hold of it!

Unfortunately, Inhouse Pharmacy has no control over supplier shortage. We do our best to source adequately to fulfil consumer demand however, with certain medications short on supply, it is a global problem and not isolated to Inhouse Pharmacy.
Most orders we ship, deliver well within the advised delivery timeframe. Once orders are dispatched, they are at the mercy of the international postal network. Sometimes, service disruptions and delays with airlines and customs occur. These are outside of our control. We sincerely apologise if you have encountered such and would appreciate you contacting our customer service team directly to assist you further with any concerns or delivery issues.

I have been ordering from in-house pharmacy for years. When I went to place a recent order, they told me I owed them ~$195 and that I had to pay this before they would accept another order from me. Since I paid by international bank draft, I didn't see how this could be possible. When I investigated, I noticed that they had drafted about $100 more than what my invoice said and it had never been credited back to my account, as they claimed. So they refuse to acknowledge that the money left my account and never returned and keep insisting that I send them more money. You can't even pay using international bank draft anymore. It's either personal check, money order or cashiers check. After this experience and the fact that they won't acknowledge that they owe ME about $100, I will not be a returning customer. This doesn't seem like the same company I bought from two years ago. It seems very sketchy now.

I have been ordering from this company for about 10 years for my pets. All items shipped to me here in the UK.
All medications are sealed and completely legit. I have shown my own vets what I have bought and they often advise me to look on this site to see if I can purchase meds that I need incase they are cheaper than buying from them as I often bulk buy as I own over 10 dogs.
Never ever been an issue with any of my deliveries and always kept in the picture via email.
There is a phone number to call if you need to speak to a human being and I have found them extremely helpful in the past.
Would absolutely recommend this company.

Have been ordering from this company for the past 2 years and they always send the orders quickly. The medication is legitimate and reasonably priced. Early on, I was worried about the status of an order so messaged customer service. They responded in great time and were very helpful, which convinced me about this company. Ordering is extremely easy, being able to pay through standard bank transfer which is great as a lot of places seem to only accept bitcoin or dodgy-seeming cheques. Plus there's free tracked shipping! 100% would recommend for any medication needs.

I've been using this site for about 20 years. In all that time I've never lost a package or had one seized. You can be sure that the quality of anything you buy here is going to be top notch. I highly recommend Inhousepharmacy.vu for your medication needs! My packages come within 2 weeks an often sooner.
When my daughters were younger, I ordered their asthma inhalers at a fraction of the price we would pay at Walgreens. The drugs were legit, and they were shipped directly from factories all over the world. Now I only use them every couple years to order antibiotics to keep on hand. Years ago, they accepted credit cards. At some point, they reverted to bitcoin, which seemed a little shady. I started to place an order today, and now they only accept checks. This is 2023! I don't know the last time I wrote a check. I did not complete the order. However, within minutes of updating my contact info on their website, I was bombarded by 300+ spam emails in numerous languages from all over the world. Coincidence? I think not.
During the past 25 years, I have had occasion to place more than two dozen orders with In-House Pharmacy. With only one exception, have the orders arrived promptly, especially for overseas shipments to the United States. On the one occasion where the shipment was lost in transit, In-House honored it's commitment and resent this rather substantial order without any cost to myself and was received within 10 days.
In-House always responds to customer concerns or questions and my experience with them has always been highly favorable. I will continue to conduct transactions in the years to come.
I found this online pharmacy about 10 years ago when I had no healthcare but needed antibiotics. I started small because I wasn't sure how much I could trust this group. I've been buying from them ever since (asthma, cholesterol, antibiotics, etc). I send a check generally; since the US tightened security on overseas pharmacies, they have had to develop different ways for their customers to buy their products. I usually receive my products within 7-10 days; there have been a few bumps but probably staffing issues at the border crossing. They respond quickly to issues, never had a problem. I would, and have, recommended them to others.
This is the best pharmacy to purchase certain medications; but, they do not accept credit cards; and, their payment methods are not reasonable being that you have to have your bank mail them a check; pay 30 dollars for eChecks, or wire the money with fees.
Ok, easiest way to pay is to add them as a bill on your banking website (bill pay) and send a payment. This method is free and they have an U.S. address to receive it. I order from the U.S. and have always received medications as per their timelines (1-2 weeks). I have been a customer for about 3 years. It is important not to order an insane amount at once as it can be confiscated by customs if they believe they are being bought to be sold.

Our shipments to the US usually arrive, clear customs and are on track for delivery within two weeks of dispatch, provided there are no postal service disruptions or delays. These do occur from time to time; however, they are completely out of our control.

Despite the response you read from Bonnie in customer service I HAVE written customer service/ 3 TIMES! WITH ALL MY INFORMATION. I M A 6 YEAR CUSTOMER SO THEY DEFINITELY KNOW WHO i AM THERE... In 2007, Inhouse Pharmacy was recommended to me by a physician. It was further reassuring to find that a toll-free phone number and also a contact request form exist on the site.
This pharmacy has been in business many years. As with another reviewer, I started small, and repeatedly finding everything to my satisfaction, became a steady customer.
I've never had an issue with the quality of the medications or the prices.
Their website functions well, and it is informative... in fact, so information-rich that I've rarely needed to ask questions.
When on rare occasions I have initiated contact, have obtained prompt and helpful responses: on the phone spoke with helpful persons; with their website contact form, received a responsive reply by email; and one time reached them via social media.
After ordering, I've always received an emailed order confirmation and soon as they receive the payment, they confirm and initiate processing, then send an email to advise shipment has been sent along with a tracking number.
In sum, I appreciate and highly recommend Inhouse Pharmacy.
If 10 stars were available, InHouse Pharmacy would get 11 from me.
They have been serving my needs for over 20 years now. And kept my life as normal as possible for digestive issues that I suffer from. My malady requires a fairly benign drug that is not available in the U.S. (Apparently because the potential market is too small to suffer the rigors and costs of the U.S. FDA. Approval.)
InHouse ships as fast as safely possible and they value loyal, repeat customers as any business should. I have had one problem in 22 years of ordering and that problem, two decades ago, was caused by my own government deciding to (temporarily) deny its citizens medications that they needed. In spite of that, IHP made good on the order - when it was not even their fault! I very much value that kind of dedication.
One other reviewer complained that IHP no longer takes credit cards. That reviewer probably did not know that the U.S. drug companies made a fuss resulting in the end of the credit card option. However, IHP worked out an alternative that is almost as easy - just write a U.S. check to them, take a picture and email it, then put the check in an envelope and mail it. I love the simplicity of that solution and have been doing it annually!
All in all, I would have a difficult time without IHP and hope that day never comes!
Have ordered from them various times, every time I received my order (delivered to EU) quickly and without any problems. Products received are the real thing and are 'fresh' with expiration dates a long way ahead, often better than my pharmacy in town sells. Highly recommended.
I've been ordering medication from two online pharmacies for about 5 years, and have never been unhappy with the products I've received. Inhouse is one of them. Another one is my favourite!, because they accept creditcards!, and you can find it just by googling 'TOPA2GET' (you can get promocode there). I started using them when I lost my health insurance, and if it hadn't been for lastone, I don't know what I would have done, as I couldn't afford to buy my meds at a local pharmacy. Over the years I've ordered many different products, from antidepressants to hormone replacement to inhalers for my friend, who has asthma. I highly recommend them!
I ordered some goods from this company recently and paid immediately by Orbit Remit. Over a week has gone by and the company still hasn't processed the order. They have my money as Orbit Remit have confirmed this. Despite me sending emails to ask why, I'm getting no responses. They've taken money under false pretence and I'm out of pocket. I know lots of people like this site but I for one won't be using them again.

Answer: Professional and legitimate. I purchase asthma medication for my pet here and have been doing so for many years. Without this option, the cost in the United States would make it impossible to treat my cat with this life-saving medication.

Unfortunately, when you submitted a review of our services, Port Vila, Vanuatu, where we are located, was declared a state of emergency by the Vanuatu Government because of a devastating earthquake that impacted the country’s infrastructure. All network, communications and cargo services were affected over several days until the Government lifted the restrictions, networks were restored, and it was safe for our employees to return to our workplace.
An alert message was placed on our website advising customers to expect significant processing delays and cargo service disruptions due to the impacts of the earthquake. Updates were made as necessary to keep our customers informed.
Considering the scale of impact, power and network services were restored reasonably quickly, and once our Vanuatu staff returned to work when it was safe to do so, they worked exceptionally diligently and efficiently to clear any processing backlog to ensure orders dispatched as quickly as possible in line with cargo services operating again.
