I ordered a pair of shoes for €190 on May 1st, 2022 and as of now November 2nd I haven't received them. I emailed multiple times and as everyone mentioned in their reviews they just saying that due to high demand order will be delayed. I asked for refund and they said they can't do it. Worst experience ever! Please do not buy anything from them!
My experience with Inch 2 has been one of disbelief, frustration, and sadness. On 12/29/20 I ordered a pair of boots and paid a good deal of money which was sent in good faith. After waiting, emailing, and placing calls (no one ever answers) I received one excuse after another as to why Im out of my money and no boots. Bottom line please save yourself some grief and shop elsewhere; anywhere but at Inch 2. Shamelessly, they even continue to advertise the same boots they swear they no longer carry and refuse to return my money.
It's very sad to see a company with great products doing that. I bought 2 pairs of shoes in 2018/19 and I loved. Sadly the second order didn't go so well, I bought 4 pairs. I never received. After 10 months of waiting and exchanging emails, I decided to call my credit card and report the problem, apparently the credit card will refund me.
I purchased some shoes from them 2 years ago and even then the service was terrible. This time I ordered july of 2022 to be told my order would arrive by September or Nov at the latest. After they couldn't deliver in time I requested a refund and it's been over a month and half. No phone numbers work. Certain they are going out of business. Do not buy anything! Unbelievable they are still sending out promo emails when they can't service the orders they have…so literally trying to swindle people right now. Too bad cause the shoes themselves are beautiful and high quality.
I ordered a pair of shoes about 2 years ago. They took a while, but I did receive them. I receive compliments every time I wear them. So, I ordered another pair October 1 even after having to contact them for the initial pair. I was hoping things had gotten better. Should have read the reviews prior. I wouldn't be out 200 bucks! They do not refund your money I've heard.
If this helps anyone. Do not bother with this fake $#*! company. I ordered shoes back in December of 2020. Like everyone else on here I have not received my money or my shoes. They continually send out the same ole standard email. 14 days for a refund or you can choose a different shoe which if you liked any of them from their list is out of stock. So I have chucked it up as a loss and I advice anyone to beware of this sorry stealing $#*! company. Sucks. Excuse the language i am pissed. If I could give them less than a 1 star I would.
9 months ago I ordered a pair of boots. Of course, I had to pay in advance which I did. Customer service told me every time to be patient because there are delays due to the Corona Virus. At that time I didn't know that within the first 6 months it is possible to ask Paypal to get my money back. After these 6 months, they didn't even bother to answer my emails anymore.
Follow up:... After 10 months finally, boots arrived and there are no complaints concerning quality.
My latest order of INCH2 shoes is now a full 18 months past due, and after looking at other reviews, I realize I'm in the same situation as many others! I will never receive these shoes, or get my money back, which is truly disappointing, since I own four other pairs of INCH 2 and they are beautiful, well-made and sturdy. I always get compliments on them whenever I wear them. They scammed me for over $200 and I will never purchase from or recommend INCH2 again.

I didn't receive my shoes. Was told a refund would be issued in 14 days. After a month, I sent another email to follow-up and they were going to check on it. Now we are two months in, no refund. The said the "refund department" is having issues but if it send them my banking information, that will get to me quicker but still not that fast since they have a long queue of refunds to process. I looked up their company and the Latvia Consumee Protection Center went after they in 2019 for these same issues. Do not buy from this company.
I was taken in by the beautiful photos on their site. Found them on Instagram. Ordered a pair of boots. About 2 days after my purchase, I realized their email confirmation didn't include an estimated delivery date. Got a bad feeling, decided to check reviews. Too late! They have horrible reviews, customers never receive their orders, or their refunds. I notified my credit card company immediately. They began an investigation. I then emailed the company, asked to cancel my order and return my money.
I keep getting the run around. My refund is in a queue? They will ask the accounting department to hurry up? Dumb excuses. There seems to be only one rep, and everyone gets the same person. From the reviews, I have to assume I will never see a refund.
Do not do business with this company. A total fraud!
I purchased shoes from this company couple of years ago and love them. I love them so much that i wanted another pair. I placed an order in November of 2021, now it's August 2022 and I have not received my order. It is sad! I've been emailing for months, getting lame excuses that they are overwhelmed with orders. Seriously?! Can someone stop them from scamming people?!
Ordered boots in the begging of 2021, unfortunately, no shoes haven't been received. Refund isn't available also. Emails ignored with the same response. All hopes to get one of the options completely buried..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! Website looks reliable, but... Delivery of my order was 2 months late. I received the ordered after several emails answered with ever new delivery dates. Decided to return, because I was fed up with this brand... They confirmed possibility of return (have this in an email), so I sent the order back. They received the return on Feb 5th. Since then I emailed couple of times. They answered to the first msg and confirmed refund within 14 days. It's a month already and no answer to my 2 emails sent last week to check the status... I plan to take legal steps to get the money back. And will report them everywhere.
I ordered a pair of boots mid-February 21 and had to cancel my order in mid-April 21 as they didn't have an estimated date of delivery (or shipping even). Now it's mid-June 21 and we are still no closer to getting the money back. The Customer Service person keeps sending my complaints and requests to the Finance Department and nothing ever happens. Don't buy shoes from here unless you don't mind not getting the shoes or your money back.

Cancelled my order when I was told that it would take 8 weeks to arrive.
Customer service assured me I would receive a refund within 14 days. It has now been a month and I have not had my money back.
I am in contact with customer service and each time they say my refund will be processed ASAP but this is clearly untrue.
