Can please somebody stop them from advertising.
They DO NOT deliver products- just take the money! Fraud!

On June 6,2021 I ordered some shoes and they never shipped, nor does it have a customer service number where one can claim

Looks like its a scam, there are even two websites that represent the same company. I never received my order or refund.

They just stole my money, i wrote millions of emails, and got stupid excuses.
Anybody knows how can we sue them?

Worst experience ever. Still "waiting" my order since december 2020. Always same text, only other dates.Don't buy from this company, save money!

This is a scam. Do not waste your hard earned money. You will not receive your order and have less chance of securing a refund. I have been in regular communication with this company from September 2020 (when I placed my order) until January 2021 (when I requested a refund and they stopped responding).

I found this brand online during the summer of last year (2020). Despite reading bad reviews online, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I placed an order for shoes (September 22,2020). I waited the eight weeks lead in time as per their website but when the shoes had still not arrived in November I contacted them. I was given excuses and told that my order "was on the line for packing" and would be shipped "in the next couple of days". Two weeks later the shoe still had not arrived and following several emails, to check up on and confirm the status of my order - I still had not received my order at Christmas. I was promised that they would arrive by the 14th of January 2021 but noted that the customer representative I had been dealing with stopped responding and I was communicating with a new customer representative.

On the 15th of January when I still had not received my order, I contacted the customer services department again to ask for a refund. I was offered a discount coupon and some more excuses. Having waited over three months I opted for a refund and was informed that I would receive the refund "in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 14 days". I set my watch to it, everyday for 14 days I checked my bank account, 14 days later I still had not received my refund. Once again, I contacted the customer care team and asked the status of my refund and as told "the refund has been accepted and registered in ur system but not yet paid". 21 days later I still do not have my money back.

I was so excited when I saw these shoes and I ignored the poor reviews. But I am sorry to report that this company is a complete farce and a scam! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

You would have better luck lighting $300 on fire, because you will never see that money again. I saved up money to purchase their boots because my mom suggested this company based on their online presence, and they did look really nice. I never buy anything nice like this for myself, so it was a huge purchase for me. I purchased in January of 2021, and figured it was going to take about a month and a half for it to arrive. Come end of March I ask them how long it would take to arrive, and they say that due to COVID their shipment was delayed. No problem, but a little strange since it says its all handmade in Portugal? Come end of April, I ask again. They tell me the same thing. May, same thing, but I ask for a potential refund. This time they try to deter me from a refund by giving me a 50% off coupon on my next purchase, and I accept since I'm trying to support a small business. But by late May I am just trying to get my refund and then they tell me within 14 days I should receive a refund. Over a month later and still nothing. Except now my bank won't even return my money because it's been over 120 days since my initial transaction, I have tried to contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Agency and am still awaiting a reply, and will soon report to the police. Please, please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Listen to me and to everyone else, it's such a horrible fraudulent company and I feel so bad for anyone else going through this. I'm crying cause I'm a grad student low on funds and for once wanted to treat myself, and now all that money is gone :( at least burning it I wouldn't be so angry, and it would be kinda amusing.

As all other negative reviews state, right now this company is a total fraud and i strongly discourage anyone from buying anything from INCH2.

In the year 2020 I've bought a pair of shoes from them. Waited for a few months and finally received them. Great shoes, loved them.
In 26th June 2021 I've decided to order another pair - Black Nina Sandals for ~190€ (paid in different currency).
I've sent an email 4th July 2021 asking them when my order will be shipped, and the answer was that the shoes are in production now, manufacturing can take up to 12-14 weeks, delivery can take up to 16 weeks due to covid and they expect my order to arrive at their warehouse till the end of August.
And also there could be delays due to covid.
Okay, i thought.
Then came August 2021. NO EMAILS. Nothing.
I've written them another email at 7th September 2021, and they answered with typical text stating that my order is in production and estimated date of release is by the end of September.
In September YOU GUESSED IT there was no emails, nothing. I had to write them myself each month, as they continued to postpone everything and didn't contact me. It continued on to reach 42 emails between me and them. They offered a generous coupon with 50% discount, how lovely. In the end I've cancelled my order and they assured me that they will make a refund.
Then they had some problems with their financial department (which probably doesn't exist, there's just a bank account and a person that manages the finances. They are not a bank or big enterprise, what "financial department" are they talking about ffs?)...

Right now it is 9th August 2022.
MORE than 1 YEAR since I've placed my order and gave my money to these scammers.
I've received NOTHING but disappointment. No shoes, no refund.

And the best part:
My last email was returned by mailing service stating that it couldn't be delivered and this problem is permanent. They have probably banned me.

Anyone who reads this - do not waste your money, and spread the word about this scammy Latvian company that has stolen thousands of €€€ from their customers.

Objednala jsem si zimní boty 27.11.2020 a po téměř půl roce jsem bohužel žádné boty neobdržela. Každý týden trávím spoustu času psaním stížností a dotazů, kdy mnou zaplacené boty dorazí. Ze strany INCH2 jen samé výmluvy na COVID-19, posunutí termínu ze strany továrny, stěhování apod. Vždy slíbí další termín dodání, který nikdy nedodrží. Ze strany INCH2 žádné upozornění na další posunutí termínu nikdy nepřijde. Vždy se musím připomenout a žádát o odpověď. V současné době řeším výměnu mnou objednaných zimních bot za boty letní. Opravdu nemám zájem dostat zimní boty v létě. Obávám se však, že nikdy neuvidím ani své peníze a ani boty!
Vše jsem začala řešit s právníkem. Pokud nechcete přijít o své peníze nikdy NIC objednávejte od této podvodné společnosti.
