Lies see attached photos, over a year waited, over £200 spent, absolute constant lies and false promises of refunds. Still able to take payments but cannot process refunds.
They are simple collecting money and never deliver. I have purchased shoes from them years ago and was happy with the quality of the product and the service was decent. However, it seems like they are having problems and it seems like they are simply collecting money and don't deliver and don't refund. I have purchased three shoes in two transactions, it's been 9 months and every time I ask for an update I get the same response. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered a pair that cost €125 and I never ever heard from them. The phone numbers are not working neither the emails addresses.
I bought several pairs of boots and shoes from them pre-pandemic and was very satisfied with de products and the delivery time. In novembre 2021, I bought 2 pairs of boots. One of the two pairs came within about 6-8 weeks, but the other pair bought for 275 euros(!) have yet to arrive as of february 2023! E-mailed them MULTIPLE TIMES and always was asked to be patient and that my order would be sent « very soon »… When I asked for a refund, they offered me a 50% discount on another purchase…. When I declined their offer and DEMANDED to get my money back, I was told that it was impossible for their system to issue a refund and to deal with my credit card provider for a refund…. Which they won't do since 15 MONTHS have gone by since the date of purchase, long passed their policy of 120 days since purchase to get a refund for an item not received!
I don't know what happened to this company to turn them into thieves, but I can assure you that they STOLE 275€ from me and they have the AUDACITY to still send me promotional emails for the same item that was never delivered to me… SCAMMERS, THIEVES and DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES! Stay away from inch2!

YOU will be disappointed it is like you are shooting in the dark, buying expensive shoes which you can never easily return nor exchange because of horrible lazy customer experience... Very very disappointed I have been chasing them for reply! I needed to return the shoes and they are completely irresponsive totallly not worth it please avoid these thieves

I placed my order on 23 December 2020.
Waited for shoes for 5 months with excuses that manufactures are short in staff and therefore all orders are delayed and promisses that it will be delivered very soon.
It looked quite odd, but I still waited. And when after last enquiry about the date of delivery i was told that it will not be delivered even by the end of May, I decided to cancel my order which i did on 8 of May 2021.
According to the rules I should have been paid the refund in 14 days.
No refund till now. In response to my enquiries I constantly receive only unprofessional excuses that systems are crashed and they can not make transfer.
No shoes…. No money back….

I'm in the same situation. They keep lying to me via e-mails. I don't know how they keep being on facebook and instagram and keep deceiving people?
In May 2021 I purchased the Sandals and today it's July 27 and no sandals.
During the year, when I asked how long to wait, they answered that we had to wait a little more, they always referred to covid (how long was not specified). For the whole year, they did not write first to report a delay.
After a year of waiting, I requested a refund, for which I was offered a discount if I waited longer. Seriously? I would have expected to be given a discount anyway and even earlier as an apology.
They approved the refund and said to wait 10-14 days, 20 days passed and nothing arrived, I wrote, they said that their system approved the refund, but not paid yet. They said they would try to speed up the process.
After 7 days I wrote again to find out the status of the return, answer was that the payment system was broken, wait.
Not only that, I am SPAMMED with emails almost daily from them with marketing emails with sales, etc. I don't understand how you can make discounts and take orders if they can't cope.
No shoes, no money, no answers. DO NOT buy from this site if you want to save youself from extreme frustration.
I ordered a pair of sandals on 3/9/21. It is now 7/7/21 and I have not received the sandals. Over the last 17 weeks I have emailed Inch2 four times and each time Yolanta supplies a fake date of delivery (always four weeks out) and makes an excuse that manufacturing is delayed due to high demand and COVID related issues. I so wish I had sought out reviews before ordering from this company. From other reviews it looks like I will b hard pressed to receive a refund of my $300.00 even if I cancel the order. Inch2 is a deeply unethical and untrustworthy company. There is no reason that they can't provide an actual date of manufacture/shipping beyond the fact that they are not actually producing the shoes. I suspect they are waiting until they receive a certain number of orders for a particular model before producing a batch of them. What's even sleazier is that I continue to be served advertisements for them. Despite the fact they have countless outstanding orders, they continue to sell (very expensive) shoes to unsuspecting consumers. They are disgusting.

I bought a pair of shoes from them on the 8th of April. The shoes are very expensive as I paid €195. On their website, there is clear information that the waiting time for an order is up to 14 days. I was patient as I knew the shoes were going from abroad so it may take longer especially during a pandemic. After 3 weeks of not receiving shoes, I contacted the company's customer service. I received a message with apologies and information that they received an unexpectedly high amount of orders and their shoes are handcrafted, therefore I think will receive my shoes on the 26th of May. They also offer me a coupon with a 50% discount for the next purchase so I agreed to wait. On the 28th of May, I still didn't receive any update regarding my order. I was deeply disappointed and flustered as I paid so much money for these shoes. I decided to cancel the order. I received the information from them that I will get the full refund within 10-14 days depending on my bank. Currently, 22 days for passed and I still received neither a refund nor a response from them. I am very worried.
I would like to add that all this time I was exchanging emails with a person called "Yolanta".

Unspeakable bad client service.
I wish I would have ready the reviews here before I got ripped off. Here is a quick summary of what has happen to me, and to many others. I placed an order shortly before Christmas, 2 pairs or shoes as a gift for my wife. Nowhere on the product page nor when I placed the order I was told that it would take 3 months for the shoes to arrive. No where it is mentioned on the site that the shoes are produced only after an order is placed. I found out only after I reached out to their support, asking WTF! Where is my order?
When I found out that the winter shoes I ordered would arrive only in summer, I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and an immediate refund. It's been 3 weeks, I am still waiting for my refund! All I get for an answer is « We have forwarded your urgent request to our colleague from financial department once more and expect your refund to be issued within next working days » Because my daily job is to built e-commerce solutions and online shops, I know exactly how easy it is to refund a client, it is a simple as clicking « refund » on a button on Shopify.
Inch2 is the worst online shopping experience ever. Not only are they hiding the information that it will take months for you shoes to arrive (and not it's not because of COVID, it's because of their Business Model). If that is their business model, they should be transparent about it. As for the refund not being sent immediately, this is a robbery. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! IT'S A SCAM!
The worse company ever! I ordered my shoes 7 months ago and still no delivery! Each month excuses and lies from some YOLANTA! They just stole my money! DONT BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING!
