NO SHOES, NO REFUND!

I ordered shoes on December 2020 and after 3 months, 5 emails sent to them I canceled the order. Then I asked them more than10 times for refund, but no money back till today.

So very very disappointed with this company. Their automatic replies bring me madness.

Don't buy anything from them.

Inch2 are crooks. I ordered shoes from them in December 3012, to date they have failed tovrefund or ship my shoes. All their communication platforms are non existent; phones email customer service. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMP. PLEASE INFORM OTHERS.

After placing an order with this company on March 8th, 2021 with a volume of € 190 (incl. Shipping) I've waited nearly 4 months for my shoes to arrive until I finally cancelled the order because I lost hope to get them. They quickly accepted the cancellation for a full refund but I am processing with them ever since to get my money back and nothing happened by now. Although they respond quickly to every request they're using the same phrases again and again for stalling tactics. I am obviously not the only person here having such problems with them and the money cashed in with that fraudulent behaviour obviously adds to quite an amount meanwhile. An interesting point by the way is payment via paypal was not possible by the time I ordered but via banktransfer only. Wonder why? Quite easy, so you have no options to get your money back! I really think it would make sense to collect all the people here cheated by the company to set up a class action lawsuit against them.

Company is a fraud.
Your order will not get delivers.
The sign is there you will not get a date when you can expect your order. Just an information of 3months delivery for the date you place the order.
I place my order in December when I reach in April to ask when should I expect my deliver they could not answer they could not give me a date. I send my cancellation.
I did ask why do they have promotion campaign on going when they cannot deliver orders that is already in the pipeline and they have backlog.
If order is cancel no money back you will get excuses such as they have not reach out to their finance department next time their payment system is down.
Ongoing email exchange for refund.

Never have I experienced such an unprofessional + unpleasent experience shopping online especially in this price range.

I ordered two pair of shoes on INCH2 website at April 2022 (where they are still! Available to purchase). I was not informed at any point that the shoes could not be delivered, but INCH2 REFUSES REFUND. I was asking over and over when I would receive the shoes then (because there was no option to cancel my order) and customer service guaranteed me I would receive it within 3 months due to manufacturing problems - 7 MONTHS later (November 2022) now and I still have not received ANYTHING and customer service is not responding.

On top, if there was ever any problem in the past with an order, I was always able to cancel - but INCH2 company refuses any refund options.

P.S. Fun Fact: After months of chasing customer service, 5 months later, they asked me seriously if I could not come to Riga (I live in Germany) to pick up the shoes myself.

I have ordered and fully paid shoes in April 2021, I supposed to receive shoes in 4 weeks in Moscow. Tills September they have been telling me that production is delayed than I decided to claim my money back, til today, 23rd of December, I'm receiving emails that their finance department is delaying the payment. I don't think they plan to return my money but I will reach out police or any other applicable department in Latvia to get my money back.

I've ordered the boots on January 22. Still waiting and all the time you're postponing the time for the order to come. Now I wait for October! Also I'm spamed every day for the sales they have. Guys first send the shoes that I've already paid for and then maybe you can continue searching for new clients.

This has been the worst experience i had with an online order ever. I ordered 4 month ago - still have not received it - i ended up canceling it. For 4 month, the customer service team has been lying to me - wait 3 more weeks, then 4 more weeks and then repeat. The excuse was peak season, then was covid, i have been patient but... come on, 4 months. Absolutely the worst service, do not waist your time and instead buy from one of the hundreds other companies - with similar products, that run an actual business and value their customers - not this joke of a business.

Fraud!

This is a fraud!
I have canceled my order as soon as I realized that the product ordered is not available and still "to be produced". I have realized that the merchant is probably a fraud, based on a huge amount of negative customer comments on several independent review sites. I have requested a cancellation and refund from a merchant within the timeframe defined by EU customer protection clauses and the merchant formally accepted the refund after several days. Now, I am waiting for a refund for 2 months will take all necessary legal action to exercise my rights.
Advice to all facing the same issue: File a complaint to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Agency

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have waited for my shoes for 2,5 months (order was placed on 14.04.2020). I received one pair that didnt fit and I returned them. I had proof of postage. They said they had received the return and kept promising to refund me... but never do. Since beginning of June I have asked for full refund as I dont want anymore also the shoes that I havent received (totally I ordered 3 pairs). My order number is W*******. They owe me 590 that they have been keeping to them selves for 2,5 months. I have no shoes nor the money! It's been 2,5 months of asking and being promised... but from reading the reviews that common practice - no refunds! They will keep your money! DO NOT USE THEM! I am going to report about the scam and stealing to Police and Consumer Protection Agency.

Warning! The company is unfair and dishonest! Does not comply with the contract and does not return the money owed!
I ordered my pair of shoes November 20 th. 2019 (my order W*******) To order the right size, I asked first by e-mail what the size of the inner liner is. After receiving the information, size 41 should be the right choice. I received the package after 2 months, and the shoes turned out to be way too big. Also in my opinion the performance was inaccurate. I sent those shoes back 2 months ago and I haven't received my money yet. I wrote many emails to the company regarding this matter and still nothing. I did not expect such treatment and I do not intend to leave it.

22 weeks.
And they keep sending the same mail.

And they dont even send back my money …

Please don't order! They are simply stealing your money! I ordered (W*******) my shoes in October 2021 and I have still not received it! They simply postpone the delivery months after months due to some issues with the factory. They suppose that they work hard to solve the issue but after 9 months it is a simply a joke! How far a company can treat clients on that way? One or 2 months delays can be under ok, I can understand the challenge of a young company, but 9months to receive shoes it is unacceptable! It is simply bla-bla-bla!
I want my shoes or money back!

I placed an order in October
The customer service informs me of a delivery for November then beginning of December after email reminders, a new date for the end of December
Again it's postponed for early January!
My order was placed 4 months ago and still nothing received!
They are SACMMERS don't trust them they tell you lies to take your money!
Skip your route I recommend it!

Their shoes are beautiful HOWEVER their size chart is completely off. I bought shoes on sale for $250 and had to pay $88 to return them because they wouldn't pay for shipping cause I bought them on sale which is super $#*!ty for such an expensive brand. They're located in LATVIA. It took the shoes 3 months to arrive and another 3.5 months for them to get them from immigration. HORRIBLE customer service.

In April 2022 I purchased the Black Nina Sandals (41) paid 190 euros and today it's June 22 and no sandals. Order# WN*******. I ordered 2 prs of boots in may 2022 and it is now sept I tried contacting the company but the form on the site does not work and no contact by phone fortunately viisa has cancelled the charge and is disputing it with the company I urge everyone to contact visa PayPal or whoever you used to try and get your money back and shut them down
