I am so pleased that the whole process of sending in my tapes and receiving them in digital form was very fast and easy. The quality was great for how old the tapes were. It's fun to watch our lost memories come alive on our tv! Definitely will use again!

Had 6 VHS tapes that were children's performances from years ago. They were put online and converted to dvd's so I could give them to the children whose performances they were. Thank you so much!

I was quite satisfied with the digital copies of my old video cassette tapes, knowing that the quality of this mode of recording back then was antiquated and imperfect to begin with. I did, unfortunately have quite a difficult time getting all the videos to download onto my PC from your website as it was confusing and the speed was very slow Was not so happy with that part. But I believe in the end they turned out ok once downloaded.
Send my best led movies in and within two weeks had them online and the originals sent back to me. Great Service
Memories made it easy to send and get back my VHSs. They have the digital copy that I can access any time with a password on their website or email. I was able to save them on a flash drive and share them to loved ones too.
Everything worked as described up front. Just no snags whatever. How do you rate your refrigerator door. It works. You pull the handle - the door opens. You push the handle - the door closes. It is that kind of experience. You sign up, you get a shipping kit sent to you, you send in your original (a tape in my case), after a while you get your original back, and your digitized content becomes available for download online. You download your digitized content and do with it whatever you want. Look at it, make copies, as many as you like, it's yours now. Perfect.
This company was fast and easy to understand. The coupons made it affordable for me to preserve my old movies. My family and I will cherish this forever.

Doesn't look like anyone tried to make the final product viewable. Too expensive to ship and convert, based on product outcome. Prices too high. Can find cheaper prices elsewhere.

It was kept in a box and that is why it was so bad? A relative took our video as well as photo and turned them into video and they were much better but now videos are not usual.

We cannot make any adjuments to the video, as that was how the camera recorded the films being played. If you have the original films, those could be processed and may be a better quality video. For fourteen years I'd intended to get my film and video recordings digitized but kept procrastinating due to unawareness of whom to trust and how to get it done. I've had iMemories digitize over two hundred of my Dad's films and my videos and I am thrilled with the outcome. And it's such a relief to finally have it done. I highly recommend iMemories.

When I signed up to have my family videos converted to online files, I didn't realize that they would only be accessible through IMemoriea website and that I would have to pay a fee to keep this access. I assumed the videos would be mine, like videos I take with my IPhone are accessible to me and anyone I share them with.

You can also purchase customized DVDs/USBdrives(s) and/or download and save to your own computers and devices which is no charge. Hi Cyndi, Thanks for your feedback. When we do the digital conversion the flms are dry cleaned, repaired (if needed) and put through a color correction process to make sure the colors look natural. We can not however add light to where it did not exist originally. If the film was recorded in the dark or a low light the digital copy will be dark like t he original. Our team will get the best capture possible, based on the condition and quality of the original film. Since we do not know what video footage is special to each customer, the video we can capture is uploaded to your account.
