IMemories has opened a door to past memories for me and my family. The service is quick, easy and efficient and the platform allows for storage, instant access and sharing. My family now has access to all the memories that have been stored away in boxes for years. This is a great service!

Simple and fast turnaround, when I called because I didn't understand the process the person I spoke with was pleasant, friendly and easy to understand.

We received all our old video and cassette tapes back in digital form in great quality and very quickly! We will definitely use this company again!

For the videos we had transferred, they did a good job and we are happy. There was one tape, however, that was a mix of a tv show and home videos. They did not transfer that tape, citing copyright, and claimed the entire thing was the tv show. It was not. Upon receiving the tape back, it was only halfway wound, indicating that they never got to the home video portion and gave up on it. I was extremely disappointed that they argued with me over the tape I personally had viewed prior to sending in. I wound up taking it to another company.

The slides and videos were cleanly digitized. The service was great.

I was hesitant doing this process but everything turned out great, would recommend this company to others.

I finally decided to digitize old tapes to leave for my family. I called IMemories and they explained the whole process and offered to send a box. IMemories kept me informed the whole time via email. Even when the last 2 tapes needed additional care and time. They also sent tracking and notification when to expect back my old tapes. IMemories sends instructions and tips to keep videos organized and different ways to view and share!

It was a very seamless and smooth process sending in my VHS tapes to convert to digital and then order them via USB. Great experience and would highly recommend

I was very satisfied with the quality of the conversions considering how old my reels were.

It took us a while to compile everything but I am very happy we did! I believe I have watched everything twice so far! It was very easy to package up our films and vhs tapes and ship to imemories. I received all back in a sturdy box that they'll now remain in, all together!
